There was snow up to my knees here a few weeks ago, though that might not being saying much since I'm short.  Now it's maybe an inch or two.

... I really do have a step ladder. As long as I have it, I'm fine with climbing on my bed. Yesterday, I visited a friend though... I had to sprint to get on her bed, lol.

Michigan. We here just call it the Bi-Polar Weather state. At this time of year it can be forty degrees one day, and single digits the next.

 

I'm 5'0 exactly. I don't mind being short most of the time, except when I can't reach a high shelf or when I stand next to my eleven year old sister, who is now taller than me. -__-

*quick look on the map* Oh well, at least your place knows how to deal with snow (I guess?). Every time there's snow here in Georgia, the governor announces we're in a "state of emergency."

Yay, we're height buddies, lol. I feel ya. When I got to see my younger brother after a year, he didn't only outgrew me, but grew two inches or so Every older sibling doesn't want their younger one to outgrow them.

It takes a lot of snow and ice here before schools and businesses will actually close for a snow day. People mostly just deal with it because that's how winters are here.

 

I'm actually the shortest of my siblings. Both younger sisters are taller than me, but only by about an inch or two. The youngest is still growing though and in a couple more years she'll probably be pretty tall. My mom is 5'7 and she's also the shortest of her sisters. The height gene in my family seemed to have skipped me.
