i pay no attention to blatant ooc-ness displayed in those chapters. i see no reason to acknowledge it as canon when we have tons of chapters that go against it. ns should have happened and none of the garbage they're putting out can convince me otherwise.
All it was needed for NS to go canon was Bringing back the Promise , Naruto's confession and Bringing Chap 3 to full closure . All it was needed is these three kittening things and instead we got a huge pile of kitten of Asspulls and Rectons that destroyed the story as whole , was it so hard for Retardmoto to see it ugh! 
God 693 could have been epic if Kikitten made Sakura finally stand up to Sasuke calling him out on all of his BS , defending her precious people like she did in LOI when Sasuke insulted Naruto , and finally saying that she's over him and instead loves him as a friend wants to help him as such as part of T7 this would have also convinced Naruto that Sakura really loved him . It was that kittening simple why just why did they ended up doing this BS .
And they still can't recton Chap 3 JFC bc that chapter showed NS as soul mates no matter what they can't kitten on this one you just don't put a chap like this if NS isn't meant to be .
