All Kakashi implied was that it most likely is family love, but Sakura probably doesn't know that. I'm too cautious to say she meant it platonically ... there's a possibility, but I need more prove she really thinks she feels that way.
I can relate to that. But in the end, does it really matter?
I mean, I think the picture we're getting is that she and Naruto have sort of been at a status quo because of her confusion over the precise nature of her feelings for Sasuke, and Naruto's inability or unwillingness to declare his feelings because of his own private agenda.
Once the playing field is reset, it will matter less what her feelings were and now are for Sasuke and a lot more what they are and can now be for Naruto.
Trying to parse out these various translations... ugh. So much yet to go, and what is left will change everything. I hope.
