That would be great however the result will be Naruto killing Sakura because his hubby is no more.

Just think about it. Sakura managed to live relatively nicely without Sasuke for about four years. Yet in the first confession she said that her world would be full of loneliness if he abanfoned her. Sakura clearly overestimated Sasuke's value in her life. There was a period when she was by herself, followed by a period with Naruto. Why was it possible for her to keep it together? The first period she could endure because she promised Naruto to be there for him when they confront Sasuke in the first place. So that thought kept her strong.

Then Naruto came back from his training journey. And since then he has been by her side all this time. Actually both of them have tried to be by each other's side. You see, Sakura's love for Sasuke was never the deciding factor. It was her feelings for Naruto and team 7 bonds. Take away Naruto, and you'll see what will become of Sakura. Her depression over Sasuke would never compare to this kind of loss.

I'm still pretty sure Kishi will deliver when it comes to Sakura loving Naruto completely, even if the way he does it is considered crappy by some fans.

with 4 chapters left,  Naruto and Sasuke are on it with the final pivotal moments in the manga. I somehow wished Sakura would awaken from that freaking genjutsu but either way she'd be on the way and probably get herself killed. ^{which i would not want} after 693 my faith on NS to be canon slightly faltered but then again some people are over analyzing tbh. no offense to anyone who's been arguing with the translations but I think its not even necessary on which is more accurate because the main sense of what Sakura said to Sasuke is the same, she loves him. Still I see no point of being defensive with NH and SS fans lashing out, and as for co-NS fans I think we're on the same boat of having that small anxiety that NS may not happen. 

 

 

On Sakura's part, I think I'm gravely more concerned with her coming to terms with voicing out about what she feels for Sasuke, AFTER THE FIGHT with Naruto, than if SS or NS has a chance to be canon. I have this hunch that Sakura will eventually forgive Sasuke if he ever returns with Naruto like it's all back to being "chummy" and make renewed Team 7 memories, and for me that's a sure sign that she genuinely loves him as a teammate/friend and that she finally matured from her so called "love" for Sasuke, then maybe this is where some NS action could take place. 

 

I'm kinda hoping for Naruto to formally confess his feelings at the very end.  like please he must do this.

 

To be precise, there's only one thing I'd hope to happen :

• Team 7 fulfilling their personal resolve with their issues, dreams or aspirations. Yes Individually, I think if that happens their resolve as a team could follow (which is currently unknown and can lead to a lot of things o_o)

Actions in this manga speak louder than any words. Sakura's love shines through her actions. Even her LOI crazy act was fully motivated by the thought of Naruto's sufferings.

It was never just Sasuke. What Sakura missed was, more than anything, Team 7 not being complete. 693 further proved this. Maybe she missed Sasuke, but it wasn't nearly as much as she missed Team 7 in general.

 

If you ask me, that further shows Sakura's feelings for Sasuke were never true love. IMO Sakura correlated her feelings for Sasuke in Part 1 to her feeling of happiness with Team 7 and that's what made her think she would be constantly alone without Sasuke. She overlapped Team 7 comradery with being in love with Sasuke. Just another misconception of Part 1 Sakura.

 

I think that now, Sakura would definitely feel alone without Naruto, not just because of Team 7. Naruto became that rock that always brought hope back to her and always made her feel better when she felt miserable. Whether Sakura is in love with Naruto or not, she would feel far more lonely without him than without Sasuke just because of the happiness he always gave her.
