Well if i have to be honest i used to be a SS shipper, hardcore Sakurahater, and Saskue fan before part 2 started. Now i'm a NS shipper, Sakura fan, and hardcore Saskuehater, lol

Pretty much. I've come to accept a lot of NaruHina is just Hinata fans pairing her up with the main character, an then trying to argue why the main character should get with her despite her overwhelming lack of  relevance in the main storylines and little screentime/development with Naruto.

 

Neither SasuSaku nor NaruHina like Naruto's character. SasuSaku sees him as a buffoon getting in the way of dat "hot, saucey" angst while NaruHina make up facts and twists events to try and argue that Naruto has given up on loving Sakura even though that goes against his very character. They both go hand in hand, SasuSaku will happen so lets pair off the main character with Hinata-hime even though Sakura goes through hell because of her feelings for Sasuke and hey, Hinata was always there for him and believed him sweet, silly nardo (except she wasn't on the first claim and displayed doubts of his abilities at various points in the manga). kitten what Naruto and Sasuke feel / wants.

I just don't understand why SS fans say somehow Sasuke will return his feelings to Sakura and say he loves her only because he was thinking about his family in chapt 693 and how his leg was shaking because of what she said to him and the genjustu. I'm hearing from SS fans say the genjustu was pro SS meaning that Sasuke didn't kill her so that means he cares deeply about her and how when he says she's annoying to them they say it means he loves her back. As for NH fans they say Sakura is abusive to Naruto because she hits him on the head then when chapt 631 came the NH fans say that it was just a joke Naruto didn't really mean that also chapt 615 the hand holding scene they say it was romantic because he was holding her hand but also what I don't like (Not trying to bash) but when NH fans say Naruto saw what Sakura said to Sasuke in chapt 693 she said she loves him to them it meant that Naruto didn't give a damn at about what Sakura said to Sasuke meaning to them they're saying Naruto has given up on Sakura and will reject her in the end and will go to Hinata because she's always loved him in the beginning next the CPR moment NH fans were shouting saying that should've been Hinata putting her lips on Naruto because Sakura is useless but yet Sakura was the one helping Naruto come back alive by pumping his heart and say that doesn't matter she's still useless I really don't like how NH fans bash Sakura.

Yep, even at that time It was obvious that Kishi will change her personnality to be a better person. Now it's just that love for Sasuke that makes her weak. She needs to move on. She needs to understand that Naruto is the right guy for her.

NaruHina / SasuSaku being more popular means kitten all in the grand scheme of things. As an example from another series, Zutara being one of the bigger ships didn't stop the creators from going with Kataang and then trolling the fanbase.

 

NaruHina being big in the west also didn't stop Hinata's infrequent appearance and general lack of relevance to the central plot and Naruto's character, no matter what NaruHina cats say, argue and spin to suit their pairing.

 

SasuSaku being popular didn't stop Kishimoto from trolling the ship in Road to Ninja by baiting them with artwork and then trolling in the actual movie. Both ships dwarfing NaruSaku hasn't stopped Kishimoto from giving SasuSaku literally NOTHING of substance in the entire part 2, where the ship was hammered from left to right (especially in the war arc) and NaruHina not substantial follow ups to whatever moments it had. NaruHina being popular didn't stop Kishimoto from Kushina/Sakura parallels/the girlfriend comment and then proceeding to troll Hinata with the trip, when not too long after that chapter NaruHina got a big moment in the manga with 615.

 

With both ships, despite being popular, Kishimoto decided to troll one while throw the other scraps here and there. Hinata's lack of actual relevance in the manga compared to others and SasuSaku's trolling says a lot about what Kishimoto thinks of these ships, as if this was always about popularity then Sakura would have more focused development with Sasuke, likewise with Hinata and Naruto. Plus Kishimoto would have placed Sakura by Sasuke's side when he was dying and Hinata by Naruto's side when he was dying. But he didn't

 

Point is Kishimoto has a set plan and while he's pandered to both fanbases (infrequently), he's always without fail reverted back to the set path of developing Naruto / Sakura's relationship. Every big moment involving NaruHina always results in Hinata either getting trolled or falling off the map, whereas SasuSaku always seems to to revert back to business as usual with Sasuke abusing Sakura and Sakura not doing a god damn thing about it.

 

The thing is not who's more popular globally, it's who makes more money, and for what I know, that is NS. SasuSaku shippers shipit because they find it sexy or are Sasuke fans who claim to be Sakura fans too. Though they don't bother on buying too many stuff and NH fans in japan are in a very inferior quantity, Japaneses are still the biggest source of income of the series.

It's funny how the SS fans tried to excuse Sasuke and said he cares about her because he didn't kill her, despite what he said to her, then the very next chapter we get the flashback of Sasuke telling the Sage that he absolutely has to kill Naruto because he has a bond with him. So he actually confirmed himself that Sakura means less than nothing to him, if she had any kind of significance to him, he would have killed her to sever the bond. The fact that he didn't means he has no bond with her, and didn't give a kitten about her.

It's all under the belief that "true love" will always prevail and eventually Sasuke's "cold heart" will melt away. Except all the steps needed for a SasuSaku ending to happen hasn't been taken and right now it is banking on a massive asspull for it to happen.

 

Take for instance Sakura's character who does not know a single thing about Itachi and his sacrifice, the Uchiha rebellion, it's history or anything about Sasuke himself. All she knows of him is his time with them in the academy and in part 1. At no point did Kishimoto decide to involve Sakura more with Sasuke's development and at no point did Kishimoto let us know just what qualities about Sasuke that caused Sakura to fall in love with him minus the good looks and talent.

 

At no point during the Part 1 did Sasuke do anything significant to trigger her feelings. NaruSaku and NaruHina both have "triggers", with Naruto's feelings and why he likes her being known since chapter 3 as well as Hinata's feelings being known throughout part 1. Instead SasuSaku has opted to  fabricating, over-analysing and trying to rationalize Sasuke's character because Kishimoto, despite SasuSaku apparently being more popular as they claim, has given them nothing substantial to work with.

 

What SasuSaku is at the end of the day is pure insecurity on Sakura's part. Each interaction with Sasuke always manages to bring Sakura down, have her change her personality in order to impress him and close to tears, which is out of character when compared to the Sakura that interact with the rest of the Konoha ninjas and Naruto.

NaruHina always try to downplay other shipping moments when it's not in their favour, but should the roles reverse then they'd all be screaming "canon". The abuse argument is irrelevant as that is a common trope in Anime and Manga series, with no malicious intent behind it. Girlfriend comment was comic relief but re-confirmed to the viewers that Naruto still holds feelings towards Sakura.

 

I don't even know why Naruto's reaction is even relevant? That moment was between Sakura and Sasuke and Naruto intervening was unnecessary. To suggest Naruto has "given up" is laughable when you consider his character but as I said before the majority of SasuSaku and NaruHina shippers don't give a crap about Naruto's character. Let me tell you if Sasuke actually killed Sakura with that attack or if Naruto somehow managed to see the nature of the genjutsu, he would not have reacted the same way he did and I'd even wager he'd flat out attempt to kill Sasuke (or severely injure him). Killing Sakura just makes it unlikely Naruto would even listen to what he had to say.

Makes sense I guess. I have not seen a single piece of promotional material featuring just Sasuke and Sakura, yet I see a lot featuring Naruto and Sakura. But I thought Japan doesn't care much about shipping?

a long time without enter in this forum. I hate when NH and SS fans believe  their paring will be canon when they don't have any real evidence of it I mean NH fans have the confession, but naruto never has given a response to her, and now we know sasuke dosen't care about sakura's feeling.

 

I hope in the movie we will be able to see a final conclusion on NS favor

It's not like they don't care, but they care much less than we do. NS stuff sells like hotcakes. They have events and all, they make a lot of money. 

 

Agreed, the same way Idk why NH fans are basically the Hinata fandom since NH makes Hinata be nothing more than a pairing fodder.

We know Sakura doesnt want to be with him despite Kishi forcefeeding usover and over again for the past several years how Sasuke is the one she loves but shes ashamed of it. Bringing him back or even keeping him alive is a giant unnecessary risk for the entire shinobi world

I highly doubt that any of them are real Sakura fans. I come across the ones that claim they are, but then all they do is justify all the kitten Sasuke has put her through. It's pretty pathetic, and at times infuriating. One of the best examples is when they bash Naruto for being concerned over Sakura and call him a chauvinist pig, and then justify everything Sasuke does. "He didn't really try to kill her, he was out of his mind, he put her in a genjutsu because he didn't want to kill her, he called her useless because he didn't want her to get hurt and he's just being truthful, he really has hidden feelings for her" like damn, stfu lol
