So a while back I recall there being a post asking about songs that would fit NS?

 

Does My Girl's Ex-Boyfriend by Relient K work?

 

The song starts off describing the ex-boyfriend (Sasuke, if we're going to apply this to NS) and why you should feel sorry for him

Words alone cant describe how dumb that is.

 

Why so mean.... you know this site allows 13 years old people, calling users dumb won't help o.O and the post wasn't even dumb. 

 

 

I wish Sakura had appeared when Sasuke spoke about Naruto's loneliness. I wanted it so much... argh!

 

I still think something will bring that up again. I guess that quote about kage bunshin no jutsu reflecting Naruto's loneliness has been formulated by Kishi looong ago. Somehow... 

 

And tbh, I think in 3 chapters, Kishi won't give Sakura  much panel time, I'm now considering NS happening only on the last chapter, maybe some small hints before, but the focus will be on NaruSasu bond. But still, I don't get all the insecurity here. Talking about how we need NS resolution as if NH/SS weren't so much more in trouble than we are... Come on people, Hinata is surely only waking up when SN fight is over and Naruto still doesn't love her, Sakura is still unconscious bc of what Sasuke has done to her, without mentioning he made it clear he doesn't give a petty kitten about her.  Seriously, it's like everyone is doomed, but since we are in so much advantage, we are blessed lol.

Thus the bigger fandom makes a huge deal about anything, causing somebody from another fandom to worry, then that insecurity spreads like a virus among the fandom. You won't feel less insecure if all you see are the things that are making you insecure.

Well it can go either way, but it's not like red is the person who came up with that

 

Uhh, I was trying to be in general but I guess it somebody directed towards NS/NH/SS. That wasn't my intention, sorry. But I guess I'll explain clearer. A bigger fandom will obviously make a lot of more noise than a smaller one(unless the smaller one has members are the really really loud). So when that happens, somebody or a group of people from the smaller fandom will be affected by the noise that's being created, whether it's all fuss of nothing or not. That affect will be spread around the smaller fandom as people will start to spread around the thing they heard. Now, not only is the bigger fandom creating a lot of noise, but a somewhat decent amount of people in the smaller fandom is also creating the same noise in a way. The affect will only get worse as people are just seeing the same thing over and over again, every where they go. This is how most people function, they see something everywhere, and they'll start to think about it/start to get influenced.

Uh, well I'm not really somebody that knows what kishimoto is doing or is going to do. So I can't really answer your question because I'm honestly not going to lie and say "he is going to do*statment*". NH is indeed more popular globally, that is true, but not in Japan. I know what you're trying to say, but I just don't know the mindset Kishimoto has, so my input won't really be valid.

NaruHina / SasuSaku being more popular means kitten all in the grand scheme of things. As an example from another series, Zutara being one of the bigger ships didn't stop the creators from going with Kataang and then trolling the fanbase.

 

NaruHina being big in the west also didn't stop Hinata's infrequent appearance and general lack of relevance to the central plot and Naruto's character, no matter what NaruHina cats say, argue and spin to suit their pairing.

 

SasuSaku being popular didn't stop Kishimoto from trolling the ship in Road to Ninja by baiting them with artwork and then trolling in the actual movie. Both ships dwarfing NaruSaku hasn't stopped Kishimoto from giving SasuSaku literally NOTHING of substance in the entire part 2, where the ship was hammered from left to right (especially in the war arc) and NaruHina not substantial follow ups to whatever moments it had. NaruHina being popular didn't stop Kishimoto from Kushina/Sakura parallels/the girlfriend comment and then proceeding to troll Hinata with the trip, when not too long after that chapter NaruHina got a big moment in the manga with 615.

 

With both ships, despite being popular, Kishimoto decided to troll one while throw the other scraps here and there. Hinata's lack of actual relevance in the manga compared to others and SasuSaku's trolling says a lot about what Kishimoto thinks of these ships, as if this was always about popularity then Sakura would have more focused development with Sasuke, likewise with Hinata and Naruto. Plus Kishimoto would have placed Sakura by Sasuke's side when he was dying and Hinata by Naruto's side when he was dying. But he didn't

 

Point is Kishimoto has a set plan and while he's pandered to both fanbases (infrequently), he's always without fail reverted back to the set path of developing Naruto / Sakura's relationship. Every big moment involving NaruHina always results in Hinata either getting trolled or falling off the map, whereas SasuSaku always seems to to revert back to business as usual with Sasuke abusing Sakura and Sakura not doing a god damn thing about it.

I meant if she selflessly loved him she would've left him alone to go off and do whatever was gonna make him feel complete while she stayed behind, never going after him, quietly pining for him, never falling in love with anyone else. You know like Jiraiya did for Tsunade, or Naruto's willing to do for her. But we know that's not the case.
