Kishi doesn't care about any of his characters male or female and the people at SJ and SP neither they just want to milk the Naruto franchise as much as they can and get as much as money as possible.

I think Naruto will be doing fine financially in the next years, the last has already been profitable and if you take into account that it will soon be aired in America and other various parts of the world where NH is extremely popular there's a lot of money to make. The people who made this decision arent stupid they are businessmen and know there's a huge market for their products outside of Japan on top of their local market , cheap fanservice will keep the Naruto franchise going on for some time. Of course the original story as it was has been destroyed and Kishi's credibility and integrity as a writer has been damaged but as long as the money flows they just don't care thats why I just don't believe Kishi was forced he most likely agreed as long as his bank account gets bigger. Naruto has long ceased to be simply a manga, it is now first and foremost a lucrative business and fanservice sells.

The good thing is that they are so many better fictions than Naruto out there and now that Naruto's manga credibility has been definitively lost we won't be blinded by it and can look for other more enjoyable works which conveys far better messages, ideals and values than Naruto ever did.

I read on tumblr somewhere that kish's contract with sp ends late next year. If that's true then that means kish can fix what sp created.

Oh yes, anyone knows what these means?

・The entire story had been decided at the ending part of the valley 

・The name chosen was suitable (ps: WOT)

I am just guessing here. When he says the story had been decided at the ending of part 1 final valley, I think he was talking specifically about the Sasuke-Naruto fight and how their rivalry would be concluded.

 

The second one is more interesting. I think it either refers to the name of the movie --Why call it 'Naruto-The Last' when its not really the Last? Or its possible that some cheeky fan asked Kishimoto whether this series really deserved to be named Naruto. Its what we've been saying too. Rarely do we see the MC being as badly treated in the end as Naruto was. Perhaps 'Sasuke' would be a more appropriate name to this series.

I'd imagine they'd still need a fanbase in Japan to remain stable otherwise Bleach wouldn't have suddenly been cancelled

So Sasuke is in the next movie but not Naruto. It looks like Junko really did deny being part of it.

 

We don't know that for sure. The male spawn is in the film and he would undoubtedly need to interact with the sperm donor on at least one occasion since his character is directly linked to their neglect and want.

You actually have point there, Kishimoto will sign new contract with SP, that will give even more money from NH and SS fandoms.

And if rhe contract ends, SP will be able to change the end, isn't it ? (like give Hinata more screentime in canon moments ...)

That or anything that just have like all characters being MC. Like one joke I would say in my The Last review would be:

"So if your work title is not named on the protagonist, such as How to Train Your Dragon, Frozen, Lego Movie, and so on, or you want to go Japanese, One Piece, Full Metal Alchemist, and so on, the protagonist will get the focus and everything; but if the title is named on the protagonist, then all other characters will overshadow him/her. That's good to know. :)"

Yeah I guess you're right. We'll have to wait to truly find out but, at least Junko refused the main role(Bolt). We know that for sure, right?

 

From what we can gather in news links and interviews, it certainly appears to be the case. Don't get me wrong though. I would love more than anything for Junko to throw this crap back at Pierrot's disgusting pantomime face by denying them the honour of using her voice for the titular character. We'll just have to wait for more news on specifics regarding the film.

Uh, I think you misunderstood... I just said Sakura looks like a mix of Tsunade and Karin in that picture.

 

There is nothing Karin about her in that pic, besides being both female.

 

At least to me, she does. Basically it just doesn't seem like the Sakura I know.

 

Sasuke looks like Madara and Naruto looks like Obito, Choji looks completely different from what he used to look like and TenTen looks like Lee. They changed. What's the point of being specific about Sakura?

 

I know the pose isn't exclusive to one character, but it just reminded me of Karin given what we see in the manga. Covers aren't really the best proof turn to.

 

Those covers were drawn by Kishimoto, so they're his artwork. He drew Sakura at least twice in that pose. He also drew Sasuke like that and a bunch of other characters too.

 

Not once did we see Sakura with a lip shine.

 

We never saw Naruto with his hair short like Obito either. We never saw Sasuke without his hair sticking out like Goku. We never saw Choji with a beard.

 

Is it really lip gloss? Karui and Kurenai have it too, but it's weird to see Sakura with it as well, especially when Karin had one in the exact same spot. 

 

Yes, it's lipgloss. The exact same spot is called light effect. It shifts if they changed their face angle.

 

As for the mid drift:

 

 

See the similarity? Other than that she has her capris from the movie, heels and lipstick.

 

You see what you want to see. Karin's a short zipper jacket while Sakura's resembles a qipao. They are not the same type of clothing to begin with and they both may part in the front, but they do so in different ways (zipper vs wrap).

 

It astonishes me further, because I'm talking with someone with Konan in the name. This is because Konan's clothes under the Akatsuki robe are much closer to what Sakura wears in 700. Kishi said on the notes of this outfit for Konanthat he liked them and was upset he never had the chance of showing them in the manga, so I could see him recycling for Sakura.

 

And look, in this concept, Konan has a similar outfit, the same pose and a much closer hairstyle to Sakura in that family pic or in the last (soft and parted at the side and sideswetp, and it even has an hair accessory). If you're going to compare Sakura with someone, then compare with Konan, who was a serious character, not a failure played for laughs.

 

 

By hair I meant how her hair is similar to Karin's style in 700. You can see the layers of it and it looks different as to what we see in her part 2 hair style.

 

Sakura wears her hair spiky since part 1.

 

Salad is a clone of Sasuke mixed with Karin's traits too, honestly.

 

Sarada has Sakura's face and Sasuke's black eyes and hair.

 

Don't know why Kishi did that, but meh. Hope that clears things up.
