are you serious? your listening to bullsh1t from biased fans. when has Naruto ever shown hes secretely in love with her? how the hell is NaruSaku unfair?
Naruto is the epitome of never giving up on anything . he loves SAKURA! and nothing has changed that. how mnay times does this need to be explaiend to them?? its going to far now.

Kishimoto reinforced Naruto's love for Sakura directly from him at least twice AFTER Hinata's confession (through his words to Sai and his blush when Sakura confessed to him) and at least once AFTER Hinata's confession (through Sai's confession to Sakura). his actions tell us this and mini databook that came out after confirmed this.

Even looking at it in the most negative light you can, it doesn't erase the fact that Naruto and Sakura have built a strong, mutual relationship of friendship and comradery over the entire course of the manga, that Naruto is canonically still in love with Sakura, that Sakura has shown multiple signs of having feelings for Naruto that go beyond friendship, and that Naruto doesn't hold any of Sakura's actions against her because he understands that it was done for his benefit.

I hope what you said is going to be true =/ But I'm only stating my suspicions: This is a DEBATE THREAD, so people are encouraged to do that. as much as I don't want NH to canon, it still has potential, just like NS! I think we need to understand the NH side as much as the NS side to make accurate conclusions. You cannot be so sure that NS is canon already because Kishi is really strict on spoilers. Even the smartest person could not guess what will happen in the end. It's to keep the Naruto fandom alive. You should say that there's a good chance it will canon, not 100% chance.
And even though we hate NaruHina and love NaruSaku, we shouldn't bash the NH shippers no matter how opinionated we think they are. I agree with chu most NH fans are pretty weak xD There's the odd smart NH fan, I guess.

Hinata could also just be used as a tool to keep the plot's tension till the end. If Kishimoto didn't try to keep his fandom Hinata could become a neglected character.
IMO NaruHina fans don't have any solid proof.

the fact is NS has waay ahead of NH by miles. with all forshadowing NS is the end pairing honestly imo.

Naruto barely knows her and hes not attracted to her. no communication bond, chemistry, reciprocation etc. i don't see how it can be canon when its supposed to a mutual thing. they have no development. they never interact.

The ones who made the biggest impact on Naruto's life was Team 7 and Iruka - THEY are the ones Naruto recalls in his life and death battle with Gaara. THEY are the ones that Naruto claims are the most important because THEY SAVED HIM from that hell of loneliness. And this is AFTER all of Naruto's development with Hinata in the chuunin exams (in which his feelings/view of her hasn't been shown to change since from learning that she loves him).

most of them deserved to be bashed because they pull crap out there ass that has no ground. pulling for straws with weak arguements that make no sense.

Heh. It's the difference between the way women and men are socialized to speak and write in the west. Men are socialized to bluntly come straight to the point, women are socialized to support their arguments with explanations. I'm southern on top of that and southern culture emphasizes a relational way of speaking and writing so the explanations get even longer as everything that is related to the point is brought in....

Traditional Japanese literature- especially those written by women, is also relational, but with ellipses- a vague reference to something, with a pause, as it's assumed the reader is making the connection, then onto more explanation, sometimes the conclusion is even left out, as it's assumed the reader will understand where the writer is going. You can see influences of this in modern Japanese fiction, including manga.

As for the Sakura=his wife thing, I believe it was Oda who commented that his wife really looked like Sakura during their wedding. I'm pretty certain Kishi has also indicated Naruto is a lot like him-they had similar childhoods of being the underdog etc., so he's the one Kishi relates to most/his favourite character.

A wise man on deviantART once told me on a picture of mine: Like the book Jiraiya wrote, if Naruto suddenly changes, the story changes. This story is about Naruto. The title of the manga isn't Sauske, or Sakura. Naruto's the main character, and he 1) wants to be Hokage, 2) will redeem (in one way or another) Sasuke, 3) loves Sakura. It's been that way since the beginning. It'll be that way to the end. Sakura, being a supporting character, has the luxury of being able to change. I believe she'll always "love" Sasuke in one way or another, but never like she did in part 1. Some blonde knucklehead is already filling the empty space in her heart.
I have to agree with all of it, possibly even that she'll still always love Sasuke

If they like Sasuke then they don't want to consider him weak or isolated. That's why they take the bond between Naruto and Sasuke as something essential and moving.

They usually talk about the supposed brother/sister relationship and the 'fake confession'.
They are supported by NaruHina too.
They also don't realise that Sakura's picture of Sasuke has degraded heavily.

Also, even if Hinata looked happy for NS, it doesn't count as NS evidence because she might be happy that Naruto was safe instead and it doesn't tell you directly that Hinata is definitely not going to end up with Naruto. So I don't think what you said there is 100% true.

how do you not know this being a NaruSaku fan?

the hug in public is considered a romantic intimate thing japanese culture that what Kishi is potraying in the scene. look at the panel everybody is blushing and sees this. so does Hinata and shes not upset. even NH fans i talked to agree.
