heyo everyone! How was everyone's weekend!? Sounds like it was pretty debateful; it good to here our side won most, if not all times.
I honestly think the NaruSaku fan base is growing. Out of people who reviewed my fanfic, most of them said NaruSaku is the bestest! (lol, most of those people were prolly from here though...

)

Eghgh... I feel so ill.. >.< I've been sneezing up blood all weekend (waaah... and I have an oral report tomorrow >.<) Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this thing? I've been chugging water but it doesn't seem to be helping. :/

Well, I left on impulse because I just could not stand having my carefully prepared posts questioned by people who did not even bother to check their facts *cough*airichan*cough* and those who would simply reply with general statements and questions WITHOUT any manga evidence or interesting points *cough*Arilou*cough*.

I'm thinking that Sakura will kill off SasuSaku at some point.

I know SasuSaku is pretty much dead and rotting, but it would be nice to have closure, finality. I believe that will happen a while before we see NaruSaku start to really blossom.

When we get that, we could always say:

"Chapter XXX, page XX. Clear enough for you, SasuSaku FC?"

Thank god the NaruHina FC are much nicer and more intelligent. If they were just like the SasuSaku FC, I would go insane.

If/When we get canon NaruSaku, it's going to be such a sweet moment.

I needed to vent about this. I was planning on just posting it up in the great pairing debate thread but why bother when I'll just get flamed for it?

You know what I'm just plain sick of this. I'm not wasting my time anymore on something as trivial as a pairing debate. Heck let them think what they want since it's obvious that anyone who doesn't listen or follow their beliefs is WRONG anyways.

After all this though I respect the N***H*** FC and it's members and I feel that they were the better debaters. I feel like I had fun rebuting their points and I hope to debate with them again one day.

However, I also now feel that the S***S*** side has been acting nothing but childish and immature. In their quest to be right they do nothing but refuse to listen to others opinions, refuse to even acknowledge that NaruSaku has a slight chance if any of happening. (After all you name me one time where I said that S***S*** wasn't possible. The only thing I've said was that it's possible but I just don't see it happening.) And they refuse to respect the opinions of others. In this sense I'm sick and tired of dealing with them because it's not really fun to debate with people who CLAIM to respect others opinions and then practically refuse to do so.

However, I do respect Sakura-chan. She was the best debater from the S***S*** side I saw and I felt that she brought up the best points for their argument. Plus she actually DID respect the NaruSaku side's opinions which makes me respect her even more.

In a way this thread has become nothing but a flame war and I have no interest in participating in something where it'll just turn into shouting childish insults back and forth between sides.

So for the N***H*** side I say you guys were great. I hope we get to debate in the future.

As for the S***S*** side I just have one thing to say... Grow up if you're that obsessed with two people in an anime getting together that's fine but please at LEAST respect the other side's opinion. That's all I ask oh and if I see dozens of posts saying

"OMGZ0RZ U SUCK LOL CAUSE WE DO RSEPECT OTHERS OPINIONS LOLOMGWTF!!111! U R STOOPID BECAUSE U R BLINDED TO TEH TRUTH TAHT S***S*** IZ CANON AND SASUKE IZ IN TEH LURVE WIT SAKURA!111!!!!"

After this then that will just prove my point or I could just practically prove my point by posting up more insults to the NaruSaku side since we're so ignorant and delusional and all. :rolleyes:

However, I'm not so cruel.

In any case all my reasoning and arguments to both sides are on past pages of this thread thus I have nothing else to say or debate.

Well, like Hoku said at the NF NaruSaku thread, let's all chill out.

Not really worth getting worked up over a couple of people.

I know how you feel about airichan, but remember she's just one poster. She doesn't represent the whole of the SasuSaku FC, who still have some decent people. She's just one of those fangirls it's best to ignore (like eLiE).

Let's use the energy for making our club a better place and talking about lots of things!

Yeah they're just annoying anyways. Besides if they can't take criticism then they shouldn't be giving it. Especially all the crap they were saying about us. Heck that's the only reason I got riled up like I did.

But the fact is, she doesn't go, "OMG Naruto !!". She's still thinking about Sasuke. Her lifelong want/wish is to have Sasuke back. She thinks that from 181-236 and probably now. That hasn't changed. If Kishimoto were keen on putting "little hints" in the manga to prove points before, that's one thing. But he never has. The relationships between characters have ALWAYS been pretty straightforward. There have never been any hints that Sakura feels anything for Naruto other than friendship. I doubt that this late in the manga, when he's already planted so much Sakura/Sasuke stuff, that he would suddenly make Naru/Saku a big deal.

Despite that. If 181 was the end of Sakura/Sasuke, we wouldn't still be hearing about it in the manga. But we've heard about it nearly every time Sakura is in a scene, because she's thinking about it.

I know respecting other people's opinions is a good thing, but if they can make sarcastic comments, so can I. This isn't even sarcastic. It's common sense as a writer and a reader.

Sakura and Sasuke wouldn't be shown together so much in the movie, either, if Sakura was suddenly going to develop feelings for Naruto. Nor would they have so much physical contact, even if it's one-sided. I'm sick of hearing people say "Kishimoto-san likes putting in hints" when they have no idea whether or not he does. He is a writer. He puts in obvious stuff, too. And the obvious stuff is just that. Sakura and Sasuke.

Even when 109 and 110 come out, they'll still think the same way. Even if Sasuke's "thank you" is the most heartfelt his voice has ever been, they'll say 181 ended the S***S*** stuff anyway. Taking Sakura's feelings into consideration, that's just stupid to say. And I do mean STUPID. She's always thinking about him.

Yes, three years is a long time to skip. But Kishimoto-san has kept Sakura's feelings alive for Sasuke. He hasn't EVER even IMPLIED that Sakura feels anything other than friendship for Naruto. It's ridiculous to think that after three years she's suddenly going to see her best friend as a romantic interest.

I just..don't get it. None of it makes any logical sense at all.

Honestly, I think they expect a little too much from Kishimoto. *ahem* exhibit one: convinced that 237 would contain "bonding moments" now that Sasuke's out of the picture? For what? NaruJiraiya? If more than anything I think 238 secured the N***H*** relationship, since she actually cared for him enough to (well...at least *try*) to say goodbye to him. And they haven't seen each other for what...100 chapters at least? Like Sakura, Hinata's love also withstands the test of time, and I think it'd be reasonable that those kinds of difficult relationships should deserve a happy ending.

Above are THREE statements from the S***S*** side that not only directly attacked us but pretty much attempt to disprove 236 which they failed to do.

So they think Sakura still has CLEAR and OBVIOUS feelings for Sasuke eh? Well that's fine for them to think but I'm sick of all this "NaruSaku fans are STOOPID and DELUSIONAL" crap they keep putting on us. Erg sorry I'm not trying to go overboard again like last time but really they think that just because Sakura didn't say bye and because she had Sasuke on her mind ALONG WITH NARUTO that Sakura is still in love with Sasuke and only see's Naruto as a friend.

Not only that but they believe that the new episodes will re-enforce that. I'm sorry but I just don't see it and YES if S***S*** happened it WOULD be a loveless, abusive, only-for-reproduction relationship becasuse face it. When has Sasuke LOVED anyone? When has it ever been IMPLIED that he even loves anyone especially SAKURA.

Seriously. They call us delusional but they're delusional fools for believing in something that isn't there. Then again even so I still respect their opinions. Even though I don't understand how they can say "Kishimoto never put in hints" or anything.

I don't get why they hate us so much. They keep saying "Let them think what they want." but then they keep attacking us non-stop. Heck we don't attack them so what right do they have to attack us.

Besides that we HAVE proof of NaruSaku. They can only cling to chapter 181 because that's all they have. Even though I still say it killed the S***S*** relationship.

Anyways I'm done ranting and raving. I'm sorry for this but I needed to get it out of my system. I'm just really starting to hate them....

Well Aethos, other pairing supporters tend to hate the members who supports the most common couple to happen, so that's maybe the reason why some of them hate us.

;; Atleast N***H*** supporters respect our opinions unlike the majority of S***S*** supporters like Airichan that hate us so much, she/he even for the sake of defending S***S*** at all cost she would say that we Narusaku fans read the manga wrong.

I'm well aware now that you have a personal vendetta against me because I'm not consistent with your "canon", but you really ought to consider not arguing with every person you come across that's different. You might also want to consider learning some tact, because even in internet forums, it applies to an extent. The only reason I'm writing this as a private message is because I didn't direct that rant towards you or any of the other Sakura/Naruto fanclub members. I directed it to the Sasu/Saku fans simply because I wanted to hear their own opinions on 181 and 236. I'm almost positive, from your previous displays of behavior, that you'll bring this up with your fanclub and claim I'm both delusional and wrong on every account.

Frankly, I don't care what you think, which is why I'm not bothering to counter your argument. But I figured I might as well toss you a bit of advice, lest you offend the wrong person someday. This "OMG YOU'RE WRONG AND DELUSIONAL!!11" argument is reminiscent of the "Nah-uh", "Uh-huh", "Is so", "Is not" arguments from elementary school.

Though you call Sakura/Sasuke fans rude and immature, it's plain from the reactions of you and your fellow fanclub members that it's very much a pot calling the kettle black sort of situation.

If you want your opinions to be treated with respect, you might want to consider treating others' that way. It seems to me, however, that you like people who won't argue with you.

I, however, won't pretend to agree with you.

Seriously does that sound like me? I mean am I that bad of a person?

Maybe I should just never debate ever again.
