Can someone tell me about Jinnie's parents? Surely one of them is a foreigner.

She was born in America, her dad is American (possibly Jewish, which I think is kinda cool that the author is that diverse). Her dad died when she was really young, and her mom died when she was around 4.

Oh and also trang, I decided that I would probably start BnHA, but only after I finish the chapter I'm writing for my fic. I promised Naruko that Id finish it sometime soon, because I was on around a month long hiatus lol

About BnHA

Awesome! Let me tell you this about BnHA: I'll be honest. In my opinion, with the exception of the MC, BnHA rips of many elements from a classic shounen manga and reminds of me of Naruto a bit. The stories' assest is the cast themselves and quirks (unique superlike powers every person is normally born with). You have a wide list of characters to choose from. No love triangle BS (I mean it. Like, the main couple is heavily obvious); however, there is a possibility that we might get another Sasuke-turn-evil character, but that is pure speculation on my part and some of the members of this site. BUT none of the boys (you can say that the MC has two main rivals) are neither as detastable as Sasuke (thank god). When it comes to our main character, I think some might think Deku is boring or not as appealing as some of the other characters in the manga due to the fact that he is still in his learning process with his abilities. Deku is incredibly smart and strategic though. I personally think that the manga has huge potential, but I'm not gonna overhype this manga and hail it as one of the next big 3. I just can't. I'll remain skeptical. I think you will see what I mean in case you do catch up.

 

My opinion about the Breaker: Wow, I'll admit that my initial impression upon hearing the words Martial Arts was diverting me a bit from the manga. I thought that this manga contained pure action w/out any deep character interactions, but I was proven wrong. This manga contains humor (that running gag with letting the counselor wait for her date ), romance(!), fanservice (the good type), great male and female characters, a wonderful and clear artstyle, a captivating storyline. I'm really want to catch up with Part 2 of the manga!

My few complains I do have mainly revolve around Shioon. For a main character, Part 1 was focused a bit too much on Chunwoon in my opinion- but then again, I suppose, Chunwoo was supposed to be the MC of Part 1 before he went Berserk. Also, I don't want to see stupid powerups b/c for some reason I hate them. It reminds me of how Ichigo attained his Bankai in less than three days... Sometimes, I think, Shioon is too... "perfect" when it comes to his character. I like his determination, but those closeup, happy faces- kind of makes it hard for me to take him more seriously sometimes. Sae-he... What is she there for? I don't understand how she doesn't have any question as to what is going with all the tumult revolving around her friend.

Hm. Sounds interesting. There isn't any ridiculous love triangles is there? Lol

In part one, there were really two MC's, Chunwoo and Shioon. I guess that was done to give relevancy the title and hype of the nine arts dragon. Part two gives light to flaws in Shioons character, and he's done really well in terms of development. His mentality is much stronger in part two, and he is in no way painted as perfect anymore. Power ups still happen, but I think that they might be a little harder for you to accept at first but the problem is that this series is incredibly fast paced, so everything happens at a faster rate. It's like if Narito was condensed into 500 chapters lol Saehee is just a childhood friend, she doesn't really have any relevance. Jinni and Sera are much more important.

It's a climax of part 2, so maybe it's not gonna happend fast.

I think it'll be a couple of days, about the same as the last one. I think that Shioon will leave school and go on a mission to crush Chunwoo and Kaiser.

Yeah, I think he'll leave Highschool to focus on martial arts and beating down Chunwoo and Kaiser. That mission alone will probably take him outta the country, since we known kaiser isn't based in Korea.

I think he's not going out of there anywhere, Kaizer will try to take him as he took Chunwoo. And their conection is still unclear.
