Well, unlike Hinata or Kiba, she knows when she can't do anything, she knows her limits. So do Kakashi. That's kind of a realistic characteristic.

Not really.
She thought she could be able to deal with Sasuke by herself in LoI and she f**cked up big time.

in my opinion poision is still a very good way for s ninja to kill. It was effective on Naruto...(poor guy lol) so, since he got hit by Sasuke with the kunai...and it was that powerful...could it have killed Sasuke? The anti-sakura people tell me he is immune and laugh about it. Is thst true, or just a lie they claim as fact?

He was immune. Kakashi said, "The type of poison kunai you [Sakura] would have learned to make from from Shizune won't kill Sasuke. Orochimaru would've made sure he'd be immune to it."

Still, in the end sakura prefered to let her teammates behind, against their wishes, because she thought she could deal with Sasuke alone. It appears that :

1) her plan was flawed, since Sasuke is immune to poison

2) she was emotionally unable to do what she planned to.
