Oh, I have a question for you guys. Based on what other fans have said and how they've interpreted this chapter, I can't help but bring up this question: Do you think it was regression on Sasuke's part to betray everyone? Personally, I don't think so for many reasons. To begin with, he never really changed his attitude and way of doing things. While his goal changed, he's very much the same person. He's a blunt person who doesn't mince his words and operates with his own ideals and morality. That even extends to not being afraid to dispose of someone, if he feels that they're no longer of any use to him. He's very determined, methodical, and focused, so it's no surprise that he'd try to take advantage of the situation to fulfill his own wishes. (Side note: And here I thought he'd try to resort to more diplomatic methods, in a moment of naivete.   ) Additionally, the way that everything progressed in the plot, it was obvious that there would be a face off between Naruto and Sasuke. Up to this point, it was a matter of how and when, but now it makes sense. On that note, like I pointed out on Tumblr, it was natural that this battlefield become where they confront each other; it symbolically was the place where all plot points have converged and have begun to head toward a resolution.

I don't understand what Kishi wanted to emphasis with Obito turning to a tree?! And I still belive it's gonna be a Part 3 with this new revolutionized system and we'll probably find out more from there....

I actually believe it was Obito just because it was like ashes coming together and rebuild him to a tree. After all, his right arm is wood made.

you can notice there's a tree behind Naruto... That's because narutos' chakra is pretty strong that can generate mokuton if there are hashirama's cells near to him (remember that white zetsu is made of hashirama's cells)

But you can see clearly that it was WZ Obito already turned into ashes remember ? ot to mention he enter Kakashi as a spirit and already left .

 

AS for this chap

 

Naruto is gonna beat Sasuke's ass he's gonna beat the leaving kitten out of him though he has to many things to protect . Now I really do wonder if the movie is just a transition to P3 or the manga ends in December and the movie is an epilogue ?

 

As for parings I wonder how this bod well for NS I would absolutely hate if Kishi makes Sakura questions herself who to save if it comes to that  after everything that has happened between her and Naruto and how much she means to him  not to mention the all the kitten Sasuke has done that would be terrible ,  I've seen someone mention this and don't like this at all to be honest . But I really do wonder how is this gonna go for parings and NS  I mean 675 pointed out that Sakura doesn't love Sasuke anymore but the Naruto part of her wishes was left out , so how does NS goes canon from here on with this event ? Will the parings be left out unresolved hmmmmmmm ?

I haven't been this excited about Naruto in a long time. Finally, the hyped Naruto vs Sasuke showdown, I hope Naruto kills him (I can dream). I don't think for a minute the manga will end at chapter 700, this fight could easily take 10 chapters or more. Not to mention there's the aftermath & epilogue to handle still.

 

If Sakura still gets with Sasuke after this... I'll be speechless.

Orochimaru he will be otokage in his Otogakure.Kabuto might return to orphanage...

 

But that would be difficult for them, considering that they're both, for all intents and purposes, criminals, you know? I actually can't help but also wonder what Orochimaru's motivation is, considering, like he said, that he really doesn't benefit from the conflict. I'm really interested in seeing how things will go with him.
