If it means anything of the sort, Kishi might have planted it as misdirection. He has a nasty habit of heightening the tension between characters, providing events with a passage system which leads to a spectacle of close interaction. Someone already admitted it but #615 is like that, as are many of the chapters that involve characters who we know that have shown serious romantic curiosity in the other.
What's more concerning to me is that someone who has been as distant and uninvolved in Sasuke's personal life like Ino would have desires intense enough to watch him arguing for her affections with Sai. The Infinite Tsukuyomi is supposed to give a mental image of what the person seeks most of all. It speaks volumes about where her priorities lie. I would say that Sakura's emotional relation with Sasuke is certainly a step-up compared to someone like that (whether it's platonic or other things).
Atheck, I would have to say on the contrary, there is a difference with Sakura and Ino.
Sakura knows what Sasuke has become, from hearing it, to seeing it herself.
Ino only heard from it, she herself didn't see what he became, chapter 631 was the first time she saw him again after the longest period of the story.
Though the genjutsu did reveal what people wanted the most, in her case guess a love of Sasuke and Sai? Fighting over her, Ino is radically not as informed as what has occurred with sasuke, Sakura experienced firsthand how ruthless sasuke was in the land of iron, otherwise his lack of concern recently. Ino never did, she only knew he became a criminal.
Also, Ino's love for sasuke isn't exactly critical to the story, its not something concerned for the main events and not something to fully infer on Sakura herself who has been much more dynamic due to these events in regards to Sasuke. While sakuras crush on sasuke is a major trait on her character, it has been noted to have changed, many suspecting is declining from love. The events of today, it may be the one positive deal, but its not going to change everything for SS, even in a chapter where obito mentions Sakura is helping it all in form for naruto (going on what kakashi once told obito in 655 about helping naruto in his path).
Though there is the possibility that this all goes in line with like how she sees him as a comrade and wants to help him get out of the darkness, there are just other reasons that make this well, for one we know sasuke isnt going to love sakura anytime soon given how its never even been needed for his character, the other is this whole deal, we didn't see the whole event since it came at the end of the chapter, but theres more to come from it such as the reaction from sakura or sasuke, etc. Maybe it will be answered, maybe not, its not a major gamechanger though. Even with other stuff still existing to say, NS here and there to greater lengths, aside from the most development, this could all be in line for something Sakura resolves on her own regarding sasuke, otherwise it could even just be rebonding the old team 7 to what it once was. If anything its harder to imagine either sasuke loving sakura (when there was no need) or sakura seemingly never have changed from her old trait, especially when others make it out to love, it just adds more questions for how could it have increased when kishi for the longest time displayed it as some, antagonism trait on her, if anything I would suspect that, if NS is intended, Sakura would need resolution for herself in regards to sasuke, especially when her old love was not given meaning this one would be even more unknown for somehow she came to love him more for god knows what kishi would use to explain it. So while it makes sense her old love could have changed or start to have declined, theres just a lot more that when it comes to sakura, unlike Ino, she has experienced the deals of sasuke and knows how he changed, and in this case, as she changed in regards to both of them, she still continues to change between naruto and sasuke. SS getting one event isnt a means to canon, it still doesn't answer everything else we saw recently, nor does it just speak sakura loves sasuke no questions asked, there are still things I myself ask like this view of negativity and mistrust, it was going on for quite a while, so just catching an exhausted sakura isn't exactly saving her, she wasn't in danger, we really just need to see more on sakura and sasukes reaction to this, but its not otherwise going to be that different as I said before. This still has not impacted nor changed anything in regards to NS, even in the same chapter where, we can say, with obito mentioning to sakura that she will help naruto in his path (though she didn't know) to the reader, this could go in line with 663 where she was outright showing she wanted naruto to become hokage. So while it was an event for SS, it doesn't answer much of what we saw before and otherwise in regards to Ino, sakura has experienced more of the changed sasuke including the crazy guy he was in the land of iron to otherwise the uncaring jerk for a while in the other recent chapters. Now its a matter of how do both of them react besides sasuke thanking them both for finding him? Its not anything radical and doesn't spell instant SS thats for sure, but the other fact is there are still many other issues for SS beyond this, and nothing is solved or answered entirely at once. This is why disregarding Hinata, unable to do anything for now, this deal is on team 7 and there are still reasons for the reader to ask stuff like why 631 and 663 and guess we can say, this little mention with obito to sakura like kakashi did to obito just 30 chapters ago. Is there something with sakura towards naruto again? its possile but there are means kishi will bring this all together. NS is still no question the most likely due to development and hints, and dynamics. But for it too come, should that event of sakura turning to naruto be done, kishi would have to bring it into form and by any means seeking confirmation herself or resolution herself with sasuke could be part of that. Maybe not now but everything comes in time.
