Just the fact that Rin wasn't aware of his feelings or even think about that goes to show you that there are times they don't know what is truly there. There's nothing to hide for NH but for NS, Sakura is still questionable.

Yes and when he gives us a treat, he always have something to hide or interrupt. It's very artistic and makes a great visual effect. Sakura's reaction to Yamato's assumption was interrupted, I would've liked to see Naruto's face when Sakura hugged him, the feeding scene should've been completed, not to mention Kishi sometimes chooses to cut out the eyes in NS moments. And they should've really gone on that date!

But about "because she loves him" i believe it's incorrect, i think when she decided to make a confession for Naruto on the summit in order ot lift his burden, it had nothing to do with his dreams.

I would say she loves him because she put his wellbeing above her personal desires but it's not romantically as her love for Sasuke because i think she has yet to develop those and she's getting this development lately.

During the confession she expressed how much she cares for Naruto ,be that platonic love or something more. Sasuke's existence was a threat to Naruto's life and health so, she chose to discard her immature feelings for Sasuke in favor of Naruto's happiness . I believe that that confession was more to make Sakura start moving on from Sasuke then to leap in the hands of Naruto,cause ya know, Sakura had no idea who Sasuke really is and had no clue that he has a darkness in his heart which lead to the ''great guy'' face value .That ''thank you'' from Sasuke bonded her so much , its unexplainable ,but to an extend believable since Sakura hates(ed) herself (her body) etc.

Well,that's what i think she already has romantic feelings for Naruto ,but to step on that stage she needs to see who Sasuke is(sigh) for the 3rd time and grow out of him . That's the development she needs, or that's what i think . She is afraid of getting hard broken again ..

I feel the same about the confession. It was left unadressed, cut off. A conversation is not over if you walk away in anger/disbelief/, but they were both upset. They weren't ready.

Unfortunately people will keep claiming that Sakura's first priority in life is to become Sasuke's girlfriend and that she doesn't care much about Naruto's dreams.

 

It really pisses me off how people come to the conclusion that what Kishi wants to say it that Rin was good for Obito but Sakura is bad for Naruto. How the hell does that work? Sakura's not some villainous girl that it trying to take advantage of Naruto.

 

I understand that people might not like Sakura's development, or the way she's currently involved in the story, but there are some things that should be pretty basic to comprehend, and one of those things is that Sakura is a precious person to Naruto even if it's only on the merit of being Team 7. That despite her mistakes she wants what's best for Naruto and to see him happy. This is extremely basic stuff, but that just flies right by for some people.

 

The people that hate Sakura and the possibility of NS are of the same mentality as religious zealots. They'll always modify facts to satisfy their twisted views, which probably come from some deep personal problems that they've had in their lives. You could almost feel sorry for such a pathetic lot.

 

Haha, that's so funny to me, because it's totally not like Sakura was willing to let Sasuke fail because she didn't want Naruto's dream to die.  Hahahahahaha!  (Chapter 43, I believe).

That's why the claim that Sakura doesn't care for Naruto or his dream is ridiculous.  Even in part 1, when she was in extremely immature fangirl phase she wasn't as single minded as Hinata in part 2, she was willing to put Naruto's dreams above Sasuke's.  She wasn't worried about Sasuke's ability to answer the 10th question, but she was willing to fail him in order to protect Naruto.  Sakura supported Naruto's dream wayyyyy before it was cool to do so.

This is very true, and while remembering the NH/OR parallel meme a few pages back I think the similarities there are irrelevant. Not only because it was edited , but also because it was minor details and not more. Holding his hand and saying the exact same words(Let's go!) even if it is completely different in context. What matters is the whole picture, and minor details might be a coincidence, and usually not exceptional to one ship.

 

Don't get me wrong; The details are not irrelevant simply because they're irrelevant. The parallels wouldn't fullfill its role, affect the story if it only had the top-coat. It has to be accompanied by the big picture, or else it would be like eating glaze without cake. This counts for all parallels. Saying Kushina was a good cook just like Hinata, or that Hinata loves Naruto just like Kushina, or that they were kidnapped - it's a weak parallel because you're not pointing out what really counts.(I've seen a meme about that-.-) Most of them are probably even coincidences/not written by purpose. But; Rin was Obito's closest supporter, she was there with him all the time and she wanted to help him to become Hokage, she scolds him the way only Sakura does to Naruto..not to mention what you said above. It's a brief summary of how Sakura currently acts around Naruto and what she'll be in the future.

XX, That's Sakura haters for ya. This all comes from part 1 and that dumb 632 panel where Sakura ''blushed''. How the kitten does that begin to make sense since 3 chapters later she is shown not trusting Sasuke's intentions nor likes his presents ? It all comes down to low reading comprehension..

I don't get why they say Minato was shy when Minato openly stated he will be Hokage, If Hinata had a dream like that I'm sure she wouldn't state it openly . Thats not the sign of a shy person . They fail to realize that shy(Hinata)  and laid back(Minato)  is two different personalities . 

 

Didn't Minato gave the best corniest pick up line to Kushina when he rescued her?
