Or maybe now. If Juubi is actually free roaming because Sasuke burns the wood seal, then everyone will be busy with that, as Naruto and Sakura will fight Sasuke, stopping him from whatever he's planning. I posted a while back my idea.
Good catch! And yeah, it looks like it's going to be three-way lock all over again with the neo - sannin. Maybe after the war...

I don't think the wood seal would burn. The burn was far from the wood only if it extended but I don't think that will happen.

Hey you're right! Wow I never really thought that Sasuke would actually be burning the wood seal away. I must have read the chapter too quickly hahaha. Oh Sasuke

Neither do I. It may spread to the wood, but surely, that wasn't the objective. Also, it's not like Hashirama can't cast another wood jutsu to pin him down... I seriously don't think that was Sasuke's objective.

I think she's crying because it's a bittersweet moment. Her dream of seeing Team Seven together again has finally come true, but it's not going to last long, and she knows it. Hence her serious face at the end of the chapter.

I get that but do we know how many citizen live in Konoha, we know the alliance force is around 15 thousand bodies who know maybe lest, to me is logical to believe Tsunade try to protect a lot more civilians while Sakura is only healing the ones that are injure. Don't you agree?
I'm not trying to downplay Sakura but I guess after seems how Hinata did the 64 palms stuff has many people saying that she is capable of beating Sakura when they will never dare to say that Hinata is capable of defeating Tsunade, when we all know Sakura might have all of Tsunade's power to display against her.
Yeah you're right ^^ maybe i overthough a little ^^

To be frank, Sasuke's eventual betrayal shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone here. It definately shouldn't to the rookies, considering his intention to be Hokage quite clearly. Naruto, more than anyone, should not be surprised when Sasuke finally turns his sword on him, since he's probably reading Sasuke's negative emotions right now, and surmissing that he(Naruto) will be in Sasuke's sights once the threat of the Juubi and Madara & Obito is taken care of. He even put himself in Sasuke's sights when he challenged the latter's declaration back in 631. So no, when the time arrives when Sasuke decides to play his hand, I'm not expecting any kind of dramatic shock/sadness from Naruto.
But just to throw a hypothesis out there, let's say for instance that Sasuke really doesn't have an ulterior motive, and really does want to go back to Konoha to compete for the Hokage seat in a democratic manner. Do you he'll just be allowed to walk off the battlefield so easily?
Konoha aside, Sasuke is a wanted man by ALL of the ninja nations, which comprise the Alliance. He killed several samurai (who had remained neutral in the ninja conflicts), attacked the Kage, and murdered Danzo (the acting Hokage). If Konoha are challenging his proclamation to become Hokage, you can be sure the other villages will. You really think they would just stand by and let Sasuke stroll back into Konoha and takeover? If Sasuke really didn't have a plan in mind, I'm certain the Alliance would attempt to apprehend him and take him into custody once the battle with the Juubi is over.
But here's the thing, the Alliance has been whittled down over the last 30 chapters, leaving all the ninja village's millatary forces weakened. With the prescence of Naruto, Sakura, the rookies, the remaining Alliance troops, Madara, Obito, Kakashi (both are currently engaged but you can be sure they will reappear), and Orochimaru apparently tending to the Kage, Sasuke now has every potential opponent who might challenge his plans right where he wants them. And then there's the issue of that scroll that Suigetsu provided him.
As it stands, while he's still biding his time, Sasuke is in a really good position to destroy anyone who might threaten his plans.

What's the point of Orochimaru killing the Kages?
We already know he's evil. Konoha know he is evil. It's not like they'll be of much use anyway, given their current condition. Even if they are healed now, the 4 of them would win against him.
I think Orochimaru will help Tsunade and ask for something in return. Just don't ask me what.
Yeah i also dont see that maybe he will want something from Tsunade as a reckon she has some writings from Hashirama on her back(?), also Sasuke is not crazy to backstab people when Sandaime, Hashirama, Tobirama and Yondaime are there, if he tries to fight the whole alliance army he will be surely be killed before he tries play.
I think he will seek to destroy the Juubi along with the other bijuus and Naruto might interfere since he swore that he would save them, Sasuke wants to destroy everything, even having "good" intentions he's cold and much like Madara and Danzou(elephant).
If sasuke shows his true colors might be after the hokages fade because he doesnt have enough power to fight off against Naruto and the kages and the whole alliance army he's goes to bed with Kishi but he's not god.

Yep that is the problem you see Tsunade as something to advance Sakura character, no wonder why so many share that same idea.
I see Tsunade as an influence towards Naruto not Sakura, while I agree with the parallels stuff regarding the Sanin, Sasuke didn't surpass Orochimaru after killing him Orochimaru was very weak and sick, Naruto didn't learn Jiraya's technique until he past away but Naruto was already strong in his Kyuubi form after all the Kyuubi form is what helped him to overcome Pain.
Hold. The. Phone.
I do not view Tsunade as a development tool for Sakura. I said her death fits the pattern that Kishimoto has followed in the past with both Sasuke & Orochimaru, and Naruto & Jiraiya, so that's what I'm expecting to see.
How dare you put those words in my mouth.

LOL Yeah, eventually the wood's gonna burn but it seemed like some made it seem as though that was high objective. The Juubi's gonna be Barbecue when it comes down to it, thus I feel as though he may transform one more time.

Yeah, I know. His flames spread on anything that is on it. But, why didn't Sasuke from the first shot the flame towards the wood. He wants to delay his reveal of plan or something ?

I didn't notice that Sakura was standing on the slugs on the Sasuke burn page. While Sai looks on Sakura is right there, she was to small for me to notice.

Perhaps the flames may aggravate and bring the transformation on even quicker, so that it will emerge from the flames in it's true form.

Why would Kishi have Sakura summon Katsuyu instead of a new slug? Sasuke summoned a new snake and Naruto summoned Gamakichi so there's no way it didn't occur to him to have Sakura summon a new slug. It doesn't make sense either. Gamakichi's reason for appearing is that Gamabunta was busy. Well so was Katsuyu! And Katsuyu doesn't even mention Tsunade. Also, I hope Kishi doesn't revert Sakura back to healing fodders and expect that to be a passable contribution. He can't just have her show off for one chapter on the front lines and then back off for Naruto and Sasuke to shine as the dynamic duo. It's a contradiction to her well-made speech about fighting alongside them rather than staring at their backs. And it seems Kishi is still portraying Sasuke darkly. I noticed Sakura looking at him questionably at the end.

Throwing my two cents...
I think as Slex said, it was a bittersweet moment.
I highly think that Sakura knows what happened to Tsunade via Katsuyu's mental link, however, she needed to do her job. That tear of hers was because she is enjoying that moment of NaruSasu combo, but at the same time she is aware that the fairytale is over, hence the last panel, while, at the same time, she is sad about the fact that she won't be able to tell Tsunade everything herself, in person.
Remember her inner monologue in the previous chapter? "Tsunade-sama...I think I have finally catched-up to them!" ?
Probably this was something that Sakura would've wanted to share at a point with her shishou, however, she's unable now, due to her condition.
So I think those mixed feelings are for all 3 situations.
