They're just puting too much stock into fiction and acting as if the world will end if their ship isn't canon. To be fair, people with that faulty attitude exist in all pairing fandoms.

What a double standard.. >_< Honestly if they decided to not follow Naruto anymore because of the pairing choice then.... This isn't a shojo. I doubt that the pairing wars is as big in Japan as they are here. What can they actually do? Boycott? LOL. The movie won't even be shown for a good year or two outside of Japan, so they just have to get over it or kitten off. It's not like pairing choice will affect anything.

 

I don't know Konan... remember some people from SP admitted they were totally obsessed by NaruHina...

The Naruto fandom in general is pissing me off.
I lurked a little on other forums. I shouldn't have done that LOL.
 
They're just bashing Kishi, bashing Sakura, They won't accept that Sakura could change her feelings for Naruto but they keep saying that Naruto changed his for Hinata... It's just completely pissing me off, and I'm really tired of all this.
 
I can't believe I will say that, because I love this manga, but I want it to end. I would like it to be already finished and with everything cleared.
You know what guys ? It's possible that the pairings will not be resolved in the manga, because if a pairing is resolved in the manga, then maybe some fans will not be interested in the movie...

That would be disappointing for me. I want the manga to be conclusive like Kishi said he will do.

I know the feeling, I'm getting a lot of crap from people over on NB right now. I don't even know why I'm still over there, I like this place much better. The people here aren't tools. Can't say the same for the majority over there.

You're definitely right. They have way too much fanfiction, where they still have to bash Sakura to sate their bloodlust.

However, the early promotional material for The Last utterly spoiled the Naruto v. Sasuke fight and the end of the Infinite Tsukuyomi in the manga by showing us that both guys survive and everyone is revived.  The suspense was ruined.

 

If they're willing to spoil 15 years of work a month before it is concluded, are they really going to care if fans know the final pairing in the movie -- especially when most paying customers are in Japan and aren't NH fans anyway?
