Naruto: The Fourth Great Ninja War 

 

• Neji 
• Shikaku 
• Inoichi 
• Obito 

 

Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War 

 

• Yamamotto 
• Unohana 
• Ukitake (I think he's guaranteed dead after loosing Mimihagi-sama)
• Aizen (assuming he's dead from last chapter) 
• Kensei (maybe not entirely sure) 
• Rose (maybe not entirely sure)

Now that you bring it up, it's either what could have been strong death ended up being extremely lackluster, or a guy who should have died before the protagonist horrendous quote of the century and before he pulled the most amazing deus ex machina of all time.

 

I guess Yamamoto had the most impact due to making it happen in a normal process, though his VC death is rather funny.

I'm pairing neutral. At first i liked Ichuriki. Now i don't care about story and bleach pairing anymore. i stopped caring a long time ago ( If only I stopped with Naruto too). When Kubo started with so many blank and wasted panels, my interest for bleach manga dropped. I'm back because I'm curious to see how Kubo will end it.And i loved this manga before.

I'm laughing at that comment about white double pages.Its so Kubo.

Bleach all the way it least they killed off characters we knew through out the series. The only really major death in Naruto's final arc was Neji which I still blame Hinata for. And really Obtio was impactful that whine Superboy-Prime reject.

I agree when it comes to Bleach. 

 

 

Well for Obito I had him as impactful because of Kakashi mainly, and there is no excusing the main reason for Neji's death in the war because of Hinata's sake.

I understand about Obito but it's a bit hard to swallow without acknowledging him as a long term villain. The main problem is the ultimate deus ex machina. Though the bonus is "coolest guy ever."

Kishi thought that since fan love gara and nagato, they'll love obito and his bad writing.

Kishi forshadow ing is bad and/or not enough to justify him as villain. Especially when you consider himself as naruto uchiha with his love for sweet ver. Of sakura dead as his turning point.

I only took a advantage for selfish need of NS. Hey, I'm a honest guy. But seriously, Gaara got excuse because it's very early on. Nagato, I guess it's fine because the past does exploit a legit reason to turn around. Tobi was painted as the worst, yet he's the coolest guy ever. Ok...

Actually, It's a truly advantage for NS, too bad kishi is not consistent nor have good follow up, to the point he need to dumbing down his mc.

I would rather him get brainwash or taken as the vessel of madara rather than a cheap knock off darthvader.

I don't have a problem with tnj opponent, it just kishi doesn't do enough fight for a battle manga like naruto. Lack of action(battle) truly hurt his characters with the exception of sasuke since he get the most fight compare to naruto himself.

Well, defeat mean friendship is a another name for tnj and it's staple trope in story, especially shonen & shoujo.
It will be need if the mc is a pacifier and want to spread some good guy ideology.

But it would limiting naruto fight to the point he doesn't fight orochimaru and danzo since they don't have similiarity aka parallel with naruto. The same can't be said with sasuke since he can fight anyone anywhere.
No wonder people thought he's the mc.

One of the Kishi tnj writing problem is the lack of consequence.
