Not exactly, yes the romantic subplot would be resolved nicely but then what about afterwards?

If Kishi ended up  choosing to show their children I don't doubt that he would screw it up somehow for example, by giving the girl super strenght even if she never trained before...things like that

If the story was really thought about, the Kids wouldn't be getting their own story and just leave it up to the imagination. This story was supposed to be about Naruto, not Naruto's kids. Again, when I say "an NS ending would be better" I am also implying that all the matters are resolved including, but not limited to the Hyuuga civil war to which Hinata could have been the one to end it and Neji seen as a hero because now that Naruto is no longer her priority she realizes that she didn't care enough for the more important stuff and learns a valuable lesson . Sasuke would still travel the world and actually have a reason to travel with Karin and maybe the other teammates. You could have suigetsu and such break off to somewhere else and have them come back as Sasuke and Karin only, but that something that can be hinted at later on.

You don't really have to explain every little details as given the right details people can fill in the blanks easily.

Think about this, if NS got together, you don't need to explain how or why they ended together. They were pretty much obvious. Just had to make them jump over the last hurdle. Which means you can spend the movie time or more manga pages actually talking about more important things and tying off any loose ends.

Some issues may have been resolved if it ended with NS.  But I still could see SP wanting a part 3 focuses on Naruto and Sakura`s children.  And the children of the other characters as well

Maybe, but that would just be something else to treat us with. It shouldn't be used to "try to make sense" of the story we already should of had. You know what I mean? Hard to explain, but if you need the story about the kids to explain what the heck is going on with the original cast, there is something wrong.

That's the problem though...the story wasn't really thought about

 

Kishi just decided to wing part 2 off, he had success while he was with Yahagi and after he left the story got screwed up quality wise speaking

Yes, kishi and SP decide to make NH cannon, if fans wants to know why and how they got together they pretty much only need to buy TL.

But if NS happen and fans want to know how it happen they need to buy or read the 'ENTIRE' manga from chapter 1.

So theoretically speaking they should make 10 times more money if NS were cannon. This just prove how stupid they are.

Even more. If kishi didn't asspull the ending (and the quality before that was little better). He could have easily made prequels. Sarutobi and his team, Minato, Madara and Hashi and many more!

I do believe it will pass 2 billion. The gap won't be that huge from The Last like how it happened for Battle of Gods and Ressurrection F, but either way, they at least pass it.

There's way too many of things that started off as RtN hype, only to grow more into The Last+ with Kishi's final work, crapload of ads, making it a bittersweet end (like that trailer), and so forth.

Do we have info on Bolt film surpassing TL at box office? Because imo. If the Bolt movie earns around the same amount of money as the TL. Then it would be considered as flopping. Since Bolt movie was heavy on SNS!

It is his last work....for a while. Yu-Gi-Oh!, DBZ, and even City Hunter can come back as a special/movie.
