Kishi thought that Sasuke gettting rewarded like that would be considered as good for Sasuke but if you think deeply, it's actually not all that good because it made Sasuke just go on and not really get what he truly wanted since Search for Itachi Arc. I always feel like the elders from Konoha are dismissed because of new direction. Why bothered bringing them up if you only deal with Danzo.

lots of people care for sasuke's character, and i've seen a handful of his fans upset that he's written ooc.

Makes sense that they would be upset that he is acting ooc. I mean a lot of us were upset about Naruto and Sakura being ooc, though most of us just don't care anymore.

Lol, I think I was only one who saw that they dissapered. But let's cut with this kitten of being "pure", Sasuke can be the purest man in manga, but Naruto was MC, and didn't get a kitten for that, even vise versa, Sasuke's only OOCness come out in terms of feelings to Sakura, okay that's huge retcon, but if fans of Sasuke ok with him being alive only because Kishimoto tied up his life to Naruto's dream (I personaly think, Sasuke could either live or die, both in waaay better way), that's only a bonus to him. Sorry if I insult someone's feelings, but character that 50% of manga was a**hole with whatever purpose he got behind it, and taking all the sweets in the end... not serving good message at all.

I don't really understand that part of the movie either, since even during part 1 he seemed to have perfectly understood Sakura's feelings for Sasuke. That was made very clear during the promise of a lifetime scene. It was a very selfless act of Naruto to make that promise because he was putting her feelings first before his own, and so it makes no sense that he has no clue what love is.

Well, jokes on them, as on us who cared for Naruto and Sakura, I mean:

Sasuke did a lot of kitten, some was reasonable, some was not. Treated alot of characters like kitten, and still got a good girl, family, succeded in his revenge, his ass being save from getting kicked by world.

Naruto got all of his goals twisted. ALL of them.

yeah, sasuke loves sakura and his daughter so much that he's not even home. what happened to wanting to start a new world in his own image? what happened to hating the people that kittened over his clan? and sasuke suddenly seeks redemption now that his arm is blown off? ugh what a joke.

 

all of that was erased just to pair him up with some girl who didn't know jack kitten about him.

Well, his revenge ended with knowing truth from Hashirama, half of that stuff was erased with 698 and you guys liked it (but for me, something that's going out after you had your ass handed to you, isn't something serious at all) so... what?

A friend of mine from college asked me if you were forced to pick a movie between The Last and Terminator Salvation. What would it be?

 

Even though I think Terminator Salvation sucked compared to T1 and T2, T3 was good (just not as good as 1 & 2). I can live through watching Terminator Salvation over The Last.
