That's still low! Seeing how this is the last Naruto movie. Which is also canon for the first time. Which should have concluded everything up. And with the amount of advertizment it had. This movie should be above 4.

 

So the mere fact it's 2.86 shows how bad this movie is.

 

Hell if all those review of 1 star were not deleted. It would have been down to 2.03 imo.

 

It's only low on YJ. While that website may have the largest number of reviews, it doesn't bode well that no other public opinion site has come forward with a majority disapproval for the movie. 

 

it seem like casual fan doesn't mind with the ending and the movie too.

 

The only casual fans who enjoyed this film and ending are the ones who would haphazardly tune into watching it on TV without grasping the manga's story.

Yup many 1 stars have been deleted, even ones that had hundreds of agreed up likes because of the well placed arguments.

As far as casuals go a lot of them left years ago because the war arc just dragged on and on. Most neutral started hating this manga because of the lack of action. People seem to be forgetting that.

I forgot that they started hating it from part 2 for many reasons

And ya know what? Many scenes were criticized to be taken from DBZ ( more like copying DBZ)

there were many DBZ fans & Naruto haters

I remember the post by anti-Naruto on Naruto group about how Naruto isn't the best selling manga

Friends I have spoken with are either quite dissatisfied with the ending (to quote him: 'I was vomiting rainbows') or they didn't even read 700 because they didn't want to have the manga ruined. First one was I believe was a neutral, second one a SNS (girls and their yaoi...) .

Ergo, no matter the rating on YJ, people just don't like the finale, it doesn't look like so because, as always, NHers are the loudest, screaming about the utter perfection (?) of The Last Asspull, but believe me, many many people are put off big way by this ending, and they probably don't give two kittens about the movie, and they probably won't even watch it.

Those two were simply the people with whom I've discussed the finale the most, but out of the 30+ people I've asked most of them told me they didn't like the finale at all, some others were wrinkling their noses. Actually I believe nobody I've spoken with liked the ending, it was only a matter of how much they disliked it.

Of course you are right, it's just a small percentage and I'm only one single person, but even that made me happy, all my acquaintances find it terrible and/or underwhelming, and that's certainly better than nothing. For the broader picture I'm afraid only time will tell.

Most of those sites don't have that many votes
But she's also right, my one neutral friend hated the ending(he started to think the manga suck duing the war arc and when Kaguya was brought into the manga he was kinda pissed)
The only people who even like the ending are my friends who ship NH and SS. But I kid you not, they have the same mentality as the director "who cares about action, just look how great the animation is". In all my years of knowing them, I have never heard them complain about anything from the manga, like that's insane.

True but so far the ones from their fandom who didn't like the ending  are a very small group I would say its 1%  , but its good to know that there are some rational fans from their side but the rest  ugh! DEAR GOD !!! They brush it off and have no problem twisting the characters and the story ,  and its mind blowing  how Kikitten used mostly their reasoning for why this  ending and parings happened in the first place .

 

I swear everything I've seen so far every excuse from Kishimoto and the events of this ending are literary taken from the worst NH/SS FF ever , and I used to check on those only to get a good laugh bc of how ridiculous and OOC they were  and to think that now those FF actually came to reality  ugh!     .

Same here. Most of my friends didn't like the ending (one of them is a Hinata fan and dislike Sakura,and another one is a NH fan), plus most of them stopped reading the manga during the Kaguya or war arc. just a few were okay with it or just didn't really care

This needs to be brought to a poll. We can continue to cite how this friend or that acquaintance thought the manga and ending have been going to hell since whenever, but the assurances of a few partial NS fans on a website specifically dedicated to NS doesn't say too much.
