I know we're all anxious to see if there's a KH3... but I'm also excited for this

Oh yeah I can't wait. So glad everyone finally gets KH1 Final Mix and Europe and Australasia also get ReCom for the 1st time. And cutting out the gameplay and turning 358/2 Days into a movie instead might actually make it tolerable for me (probably not).
I hope when they inevitably release 2.5 it includes KH2 Final Mix for everyone because seriously I'd pay well above standard price for KH2 Final Mix alone.

So far, Bioshock does not disappoint, Columbia is way better than Rapture.

I think I'll pick it up tomorrow. I lost interest in it when it kept getting pushed back, but the general consensus seems to be, it's a really good kittening game.

The prices for the Wii U have started to tumble in the UK, Asda Direct are offering a Premium and New Super Mario U for £265. Amazon offer a Premium for £249 and ZombiU for £23. There's also going to be an update next month that should significantly speed up the Wii U's loading times. Next month, I should be paid a performance bonus, so if it's big enough I could end up cracking and buying a Wii U.

Its still a rumor however, Microsoft Studios' creative director Adam Orth, has taken to twitter with some pretty salty remarks

Manveer is the senior gameplay designer for bioware's next game btw.
If this is true, and it is really shaping up to be true, I am never buying one. Don't love Gears enough to have to jump through all the hoops microsoft is going to force on the consumer.

Jeez, Microsoft might as well hand next gen to Sony and Nintendo. Normally I dismiss these types of claims but it's gotten to a point that so many publications have had the same report over a period of several months that its looking more and more likely to be real. No one in their right mind would think an all online console is a good idea which knowing the game industry that just makes it more likely to be true

There still a lot of areas with dodgy internet connection, or no connection AT ALL, so I found Orth's "Why would I live there?" remark ignorant and ill-considered. There are also a lot of people who don't connect their consoles online for a variety of reasons. I have an aunt and uncle who don't enable the online on their Wii, and my sister and her boyfriend have a Wii and a 360 that they do not use online.
Some people just want to buy the console, switch it on and play games without messing around with network settings and update patches. Some people just want to time out and immerse themselves in a game without seeing messages and advertising pop up. If I've had a really busy day and need a time out, I do like to power up the 3DS or a console and play offline to clear my mind and relax.
People don't like being forced to jump through hoops.

You forgot another tip: some people like to hack their console to get some exclusive features and playable extras early.
What's Happening with the Naruto series as of now!

Microsoft has lost the rest of my favour.
PS4 it is for the future.

Mm. Good graphic quality, but with a little over 6-700 dollars now, a mid-grade PC is possible that can beat those PS4 graphics.

That might be so, but on the long run, you'll have to constantly upgrade your machine in order to keep up with games improvements. That's too costly and it's better to stick to console.

True, but if you do it right, a PC should last you for a while.
My last PC is still alive, ancient by today's standards, and it's lasted about... 11 years now?
And my gaming laptop, which I got in 2010, is still running strong. (No issues, RMA repairs. A few overheats and BSODs, but those are easily fixed.)
I expect this new gaming rig to last me until 2017. I rarely play PC games because most of my community friends are on console, but if I had a choice of converting people, I'd go for PC all the way.
