Tell that to Nami, who has been paralleled to Rouge (aka the original Pirate Queen) and is the only person who Luffy has given his hat to in order to comfort her, because he is, as demonstrated multiple times, her anchor.Except they all don't. Maybe LuNa will have something in the future that can top that, but right now? Nope.

It's fine. I just find it ironic. It is fun though.I guess you can blame me in part for that, but I think that's the funny part about it. I know there isn't much romance in One Piece, and I think that's a good thing because it's the story that matters, but I'm just having a little fun that's all.

Doesn't matter if there is a wedding or not, Nami and Luffy don't need one to express their love. She'll just be his queen regardless ;)
A queen to Sanji.
Luffy doesn't worry about stuff like girls. Plus marriage restricts a man from full freedom. Luffy will be the most free man alive.

She'll be Luffy's queen regardless of what he says~ Just like his fleet is his fleet regardless of him not wanting it.

Like you said, it doesn't matter what Luffy says.
He didn't want a fleet, but he got a fleet, and he says doesn't want to get married to Hancock so it's only fitting that he does in the end.
