Don't get me wrong I like NS and all, but I just can't see them as Heaven & Earth :l

Iruka explained it pretty well.

 

Sakura is intelligence, Naruto is endurance.

That doesn't make any sense, why would Sakura be heaven. The Naruto Sasuke yin yang thing makes way more sense, what with the Indra/Ashura thing

If I recall, the quote was that heaven represented book knowledge while earth represented physical strength. Iruka explained that the point of getting both a heaven and earth scroll was that both were important strengths for a ninja. At the time, Sakura was pretty much just book knowledge and Naruto was pretty much just physical strength. I don't think it was intended to be a pairing thing or foreshadow, but since Iruka did use Naruto and Sakura as examples the fandom ran with it.

 

I guess in some sense Sakura being heaven (book knowledge) and Naruto being earth (physical strength) is still true, but they're a lot more balanced out with both qualities, individually speaking, now than they were then.

They're probaby using those children's name for an upcoming fan fiction lol. Anyway to think NH can still happen at this point in the manga when its almost over well its courageous to believe in your ship until the very end. But like I said by the time Hinata wakes up Naruto has probaby confessed to Sakura and they get together. There goes NH lol.

Can someone help me please? I have an NS fan asking me what Japanese form of the word "I love you" Sakura said to Naruto during her confession. I don't have the time right now to look for it because I have to take care of my mother and give her an infusion (heavy antibiotics), so if someone could help me that would be great please. Thanks.

To my understanding most of the people who believe in NH at this point believe it isn't because of 615 but because of the volume cover of their hands holding. That to them is like 504/631 was for us, that Kishi was saying it was endgame. Also i heard some people saying that NS wouldn't make sense from the plot's perspective. Something about Hinata always believing in Naruto when Sakura hasn't and that it wouldn't be right for Kishi to have all of Team 7 have their dreams from chapter 4 come true except for Sakura.

That argument I just don't get. Seems like you have to ignore the majority of Sakura's interactions with Naruto for this argument to make sense.

I never got what the point was of having him die of a disease out of nowhere especially without any hints of him having anything throughout the show.

Yeah but in shoujo,a dark boy who is loved by every girl and a girl who is ordinary and in love with that dark boy.And a boy who is cheerish,happy and good like Naruto won't be chosen.

dark boy & light boy whatever, the important is the context and development of the couple.
