That's true, but not everybody has Sakura's strength...
I've heard the opposite. I've heard a solid kick to the balls is more painful, but I'm not up for experimentation lol

To my understanding the amount of pain a woman suffers when going through child birth is worse than breaking several bones simultaneously

I was more referring to the fact that her strength would easily turn Naruto's hands to paste. Most women don't have her strength, so yes, Naruto would be in for a really kitten time if he ever had to hold her hand while she went in labor.

She's strong by herself. So is Kushina. But the "real" problem there is that I can picture her canalizing her chakra on her hand naturally/by mistake, and, in that moment..., OH.

So ... does anyone have any guesses on how Naruto will accept a love confession from Sakura now? His confidence on Sakura loving him over Sasuke right now had to go from 0.000005% to 0.000001% after 693.

 

I keep trying to find a realistic scenario for this and I keep coming up empty.

she would have to kisse Naruto right in front of him and tell Sasuke eat a kitten. And confess to Naruto in front of the whole Konoha 11. But seriously it wouldn't take much for Naruto, she would just have to prove it with blatant attempts.
