Ooh, Sakura better be a jounin now. Shikamaru too. And Sai! But if they're jounin, the rest of K11 (Naruto's an exception, he's not even a chuunin yet, so we'll see) probably will be, too. Although I have to say Hinata doesn't strike me as a jounin type (though I suppose that could change, depending on if she changes, personality (at least a little, hopefully) and skill-wise in the movie); sometimes she hardly seems qualified to be a chuunin tbh.
With their wide-ranging talents and knack for taking charge of the people around them during tense situations, Sakura's and Shikamaru's promotions are practically assured. Those are the two most qualified members of the K11 easily. After them, however, it becomes something of a conundrum in trying to determine who amongst the K11 would have the skills, intelligence, and patience necessary for handling the duties of a Jonin, while in the process weeding out the unsuitable few. An example would be Kiba who has shown tendencies to act with a shoot first, ask questions later approach that has endangered the lives of not only himself, but those around him on two different occasions. His brash demeanour and unwillingness to rely on agreed upon strategies or tactics with his teammates when given any authority tells me that he would be ill-suited for handling an entire squadron of men.
Hinata is in a similar boat, albeit the reasons stem from her distraction prone musings about Naruto when he's close by. It causes her to forget what's going on in front of her and she's even needed to be reminded to use the powers she grew up with when she apparently forgot that she had them. This is a bit random, but I just want to point out that people who criticise Sakura for being knocked out because of someone's body being hurled into her face or being bombarded with debris should take a look at the fact that Hinata was so enamoured with her tunneled perception of Naruto that she not only abandoned her own team, but she also fell over across a rock because she couldn't pay attention to where she was going. I'll concede that she did exhibit some organisational skills when rallying the survivors of Tenpenchii, but a single instance isn't enough to offset the weaknesses that pervade her character so often. If you ask me, she's just not suited for the role. And I doubt she's managed to overcome Neji during the Sasuke Retrieval arc. It's debatable if she could even match her cousin when he was 13 at the Chunin Exams. With such a questionable amount of power, she wouldn't meet the physical prerequisites either.
The rest of the K11 are hit-and-miss. Ino and Choji were able to put aside their emotions when faced with a difficult task during the war and they've even taken the reigns of the initiative once or twice. Moreover, they seem to be priming themselves for succeeding their fathers so they'll have the experience and tools necessary to take their places. I would say that they're the most qualified for becoming Jonin after Sakura and Shikamaru. Shino is a distant fifth. He might be a tad eccentric with his moping but he knows when to focus on the mission. He's the only character from Team 8 with a realistic chance of meeting the qualifications for Jonin, in my opinion. Tenten and Lee? What is it that we've seen from them that would give any implication that they should be promoted? I suppose you could say that Tenten has shown the rigour and patience that would be expected of a Jonin when trying to reel in her teammates from their antics. Lee? There's nothing to prove that he has leadership qualities of any sort. But given his advanced level and extensive knowledge of martial arts, he could try his hand at becoming a Tokubetsu Jonin. It would accommodate his position as a taijutsu specialist.
