Pushing a baby out is as painful as getting hundreds of kicks in the balls, for what I've read. So I give Sakura the win.

 

It will be a very loud childbirth though.

That's true, but not everybody has Sakura's strength...
I've heard the opposite. I've heard a solid kick to the balls is more painful, but I'm not up for experimentation lol

When the time came for Sakura to bear their second child, Naruto put on iron gauntlets...

The thing is... it's so easy to imagine NS family life. But with Sasuke... it becomes a real challenge to come up with happy simple scenes like that. I guess, when you mix orange and pink, you get a sunny colour, but try mixing pink and blue, a violet melancholy is the result.
