In ft defense, it's never a serious manga to begin with compare to rave master and the quality is never that great.

It's a super standard shonen battle manga with Moar fanservice.

Neither Naruto or bleach were good for 15 years. Naruto was good up to Pein, and Bleach was good up to Aizen. I don't think FT has been just mediocre. It's had its ups and downs though

Neither Naruto or bleach were good for 15 years. Naruto was good up to Pein, and Bleach was good up to Aizen. I don't think FT has been just mediocre. It's had its ups and downs though

Yeah It is merely a question of whether you think being predictable is a bad thing. or whether you like watching characters die.

I think what surprise me is the color of her hair. I thought she would have red hair like erza.

Well her so called "milf appeal" appeal aside she's not involved too much in the plot, and they are acting like her having a relation to Erza is some big secret even though it
spretty much confirmed so I just want Mashima to get on with it already.

as for my thoughts of the chapter. Not surprised but still kind of delighted that prediction came true. Mashima seems to LOVE bringing up important plot points to the characters and audience every hundred chapters lol well it looks like fairy tail is going to hit one of it's darkest points then

The parallels between Naruto and Sasuke's inevitable battle and Natsu and Greys battle is worrying, though atleast Greys reasons to fight Natsu will make much more sense than...Sasuke's lame excuse  'I am doing this for peace through fear, this is my completely original idea, and nothing like the Ataksuki's goal of holding all Bijuu to force peace, this is all my original idea.'

 

Grey made a promise to defeat END, though it's not a surprise, I've always wondered if there was more to the two being fire and ice mages than just comic relief.

I find it amazing on how people thought she was dead permanently. I even joked about it. I should thank this chapter to see where that community stand. Seriously, I feel like we are smart enough to know how it works. I'm not saying they're dumb, but read the fine print line to know what's going to happen. I don't know, it's a bit funny.

Sorry, but Grays reason doesn't make any sense at all. His reason to beat end was for the death of Ur and his family, neither of which Natsu had anything to do with. He hates end only because of his name, not because he actually did anything.

Did you completely miss the part where END is Natsu? that would be the reason for the fight, he faces a tough choice now, his best friend is the ultimate creations of the monsters that killed his parents and sensie. The only way to defeat Zeref is to defeat END, Happy removed Natsu from his battle with Zeref after Zeref made that revelation.

 

It's an unfortunate coincidence, but as it is right now the only way to win the war is to defeat Natsu...ofcourse we know they will find a different solution, because this is Hiro and he has shied away from making hard decisions like this. This ark alone he's failed to kill Gajeel, Marijane, Erza, Jellal and Juvia.

It's either the author have a good heart and can't bring himself to kill one of the good character or he needs to pair everyone in the ending to make babies for the next series.

That's not true at all, you've got it backwards. It's not if you kill Natsu you Zeref dies, it's if you kill Zeref, then Natsu dies. That's why Happy got him out of there, because Natsu decided even after he learned that he would die that he would beat Zeref, thus killing himself. Happy didn't want that to happen. Which brings us back to Grey. Natsu has done nothing wrong. If he attacks Natsu, then he will have attacked him knowing that Natsu is innocent, and would only be attacking him due to his name as END. It's wouldn't be "unfortunate", it would be Grey being incredibly arrogant and stupid for zero reason at all.

Fairy Tail was great today but for gods sake please let Lucy fight her battles herself Mashima. DO NOT LET ANYONE SAVE HER.

 

That being said I love the Scorpio and Cancer forms. She was so badass this chapter. It also seems that the Aquarius star dress is her own power now which automatically puts Lucy above Juvia. We've yet to see Capricorn form which is going to be good. I feel like she will be a way better Fighter in than form in terms of hand to hand combat. 

 

Also if she's fighting Dimitria(or whatever her names) she'll either have to utilize the Celestial Realm to combat her time magic or she'll have to use hologirum. Which makes me wonder if silver keys has stardress as well because if they do then Holo Form may have powers to manipulate time around herself rather the other people which could make it possible for her to move in the girls time magic.

I but i feel like this is what Sakura should said to Sasuke, i feel like Mashima is keep throw a spit on Naruto and Kishimoto.

She can't muster her resolve just like Sakura but her feelings of protecting Natsu overdrive/overpower that lack of resolve.

Not surprised Lucy triggered END's awakening. Sure, the whole fainting spell is his awakening, but it still needed a trigger to begin the initial stages. Given Natsu's lucidity, this is more like Naruto's initial, cloak-less Kyuubi form. His full awakening is yet to be seen.

Also, I have this feeling Anna may have inserted a certain clause into her agreement with Zeref: In exchange for her assistance with the Zodiac spirits to send the DS forwards in time, Zeref is to insert an additional command to END; to protect her descendants whenever he is nearby. This would also play END into his hands as well. By inserting a specific command to protect the Heartfillia line, constantly targeting Lucy in his vicinity would force END to fight harder to kill him.

I feel both of them already saw the future knowing that Natsu would somehow meet with one of Anna's descendants and become her friend.
