To be honsets, NaruKarin is my favorite crack pairing in this series. So you don't like it even as a crack pairing? Aw!

I keep thinking of how much Naruto would freak out as Karin clings to him while telling him to let her feel his chakra. Although I think we might get something similar with AU Hinata so I'm excited for that.

About Sakura, so you really think Kishimoto might've based Sakura of his own wife? I do remember that Oda commented during Kishi's wedding on how much did the bride resembled Sakura. That makes me wonder exactly when did Kishi started dating his wife, going by previous assumptions it might've been before he even created Naruto.

On last thing, what does everybody think about the promotional team of Naruto creating those "Uzumaki Sakura" stickers?

Nah, I don't like any Naruto x anybody other than Sakura, or Sakura x anybody other than Naruto. So I have a few things I can enjoy

Hahaha! I'm actually looking forward to the AU Hinata. I saw the trailer on the movie official site where she shouted to Naruto, "I'm gonna kill you!" Gosh, I thought that Hinata was awesome.

I kind of felt that way for two reasons.
First is this interview. He said that he put his own emotions and applied it to Naruto.
I wouldn't think any further if it was just Naruto, he focused on.
But the way he put Sakura in the story for the only person to support him, makes me think.He could have just made Naruto fight on his own to get acknowledgement, he could have put Kakashi as the model of his editor and make a story with all the other characters be AU other than Naruto(=who is modeled after Kishi) and Kakashi(=who can be a model of the editor. Instead, he put Sakura. I think Kishi is modeling his own household when he wants to show how he needed his wife to support him, no matter how hard the times are. This was clearly shown by MinaKushi, and the statements Itachi made. This movie with Sakura in it only seems like a repetition to the model or message he is constantly making. That a partner can support you and be your pillar through the hardest of times.

Although there could be another reason why he put Sakura in it. Another reason I could think of is that after the confession there were so many S bashings going on, saying that she doesn't think of Naruto's feelings and is very selfish and all that jazz. He was very surprised with all the bashing she got. Well, if the trailers and rumors of this movie is real, it clearly shows a selfless Sakura who thinks of Naruto's best interest. A caring and selfless Sakura contradicts the image the bashers have of her. Sure in the recent chapters she showed her goal of how she wanted to achieve the same goal with Naruto, which is to have everybody fight with him(=acknowledge him). But unfortunately, this part tends to get overlooked compared to Hinata's blatant romantic wishes(=I want to hold your hand, walk next to you, etc). This movie will show that at the end it is Sakura who will suffer, and go through the same pain together with Naruto. ( I wonder what ppl saying that they prefer Hinata and hate Sakura because Sakura is violent say, after they see the yandere Hinata. Would they still love the movie Hinata?)

Of course some may say that Kishi didn't put much thought about the romance aspects since this is shonen. So, maybe this is not about romance, but then again this
still shows that the biggest supporter in the shadow was always Sakura all along whether it maybe consisted of romantic or not. It may not be canon but it is written by the mangaka itself. I think it's safe to say that the characters in the movie represents the mangaka's thoughts about them. And if we know how the mangaka thinks about
a certain character by looking at the movie, we will know how he will treat them in canon
unless the editor starts to command him to take different directions.

To be honest I was even tempted to ask mezzo that question many times, I wanted to know what happen but then I changed my mind and ask the question here a decision that made things even worse. The only reason why I keep repeating the question, was because others thought that I was peaking about Kishi's interview when I kept asking if mezzo was narunarunaru or sating that mezzo wan't a SS fan and I was just confusing him and there was a misunderstanding by my part.

My 1st question was the definitive question the one where I stated myself that mezzo was a SS and that kills my question. The later post were me trying to clarify what I was trying to ask in my 1st post and what I thought made you angry.

I don't even know who Mezzo is and I clearly don't want to talk anything about this anymore. Now that I know you don't have any ill intentions let's just stop all this here and talk about NaruSaku okay? We are on the same side, I'd rather we talk something happy about this couple

Since the patterns are the same I assume they were officially made.

It probably just used the same Japanese graphics program or precut sticker page layout paper. What's interesting though, is that the Uzumaki Sakura one looks like it has a copyright text on it (too small to read the copyright, but as I librarian I immediately recognized what looked like copyright text) and the Minato and Kushina ones do not.

The absence of a copyright mark and/or text makes me doubt the Minato and Kushina ones are official products as well. I saw the blog Heaven on Earth mentioned and that blogger did say the Uzumaki Sakura one were fan made. They most likely were but I believe the Minato and Kushina ones are as well- as I said the lack of a copyright mark and/or text on them casts doubt on them being official. Heaven on Earth could you scan the section where what looks like a Jump Comics credit and copyright text are on the Sakura one you have? I want to get a better view of that part of the page.

I think the screenshots are real, or a very good prediction of what could happen in the movie.

Also, while this probably isn't the correct thread to say so, did anyone else laugh a little bit when Neji and Hinata both put up their hair in the same fashion while bathing?

You know she comes out as a mean bully, the type of girl that bullied her classmates at an early age, spoiled by a wealthy family, and jealous of Sakura's success. In this AU she might have bullied Sakura, calling on her forehead. But also in this AU Sakura is consider a hero, which might make this Hinata very jealous. To the point she is willing to take his man, or what she perceives to be his man. [Naruto] to get back at Sakura.

Fanart. Definitely. Since the style is noticeably different from all the animators in Pierrot.

narunaru, do you have anything to comment on translation of articles that's appeared so far?? if there's anything you would like to correct or add please do so. Oh yeah, there's also going to be interviews with Kishi that is open to the public in some theaters (i.e. the public can ask questions), do you think you can attend them??

I don't know man, the background in both pictures look extremely detailed, especially with the wood in Sakura's image. Also, Hinata's image has that same mountain painting that we saw in the boys bath image.

This just in, images are legit. They were shown in the Road to Ninja The Complete Guide TV special.

That scene is gonna be pure comedy gold. Too bad most of us have to wait until next year. At least we'll have this preview.
