Well you never know . I don't know how much you know about this and the "Philadelphia experiment or the project called Rainbow" and the mysterious disappearing of the US destroyer battleship - Eldridge  in 1943 but there is a theory that Tesla was behind it ( there are mentions of Einstein collaboration as well ) and its what got him killed , but the evidence are not solid enough bc all the documents were being erased 2 months before his death. Either way its an interesting theory and there's a small article about this but its in my language and I have work now so can't translate it now, so if you want I'll do it later !? .    
 
Yeah I've heard about the Edison Tesla theory and I wouldn't be surprised. But you're right , Tesla deserve far more credit then what the world gives him too its such a shame  . There's an whole article about his achievements too and how much it means to us, the world how much it changed it as well as his prediction of smartphones   .

You have seen 'The Prestige' right? You remember the scene where his workplace was destroyed? That's real! Our world would be generations ahead if Tesla was supported well

The ship that disappeared: The biggest secret experiment of Tesla for time traveling

For the scientists of today travel through time and teleportation  are still in the ranks of science fiction. However, for Serbian genius Nikola Tesla, there is a theory that it was a reality.

As one of the main characters of this mystery of the 20th century warship in the US Navy who disappeared under unclear circumstances, then appeared hundred kilometers away, conspiracy theorists today cite exactly the name of Nikola Tesla.

 

The experiment known as "Project Rainbow" or Philadelphia Experiment (the case allegedly took place in the port of the US Navy in Philadelphia) its between the favorite "treats" for the conspiracy theorists, although there is no solid evidence that such a thing really happened. The goal was to make technology that could make a ship invisible to enemy radar.

According to the claims of theorists, exactly the  electromagnetic radiation sent US destroyer on a journey through time to the end of October 1943. When the generators turned instead of the boat to get a  electromagnetic shielding bubble, he became invisible - literally!

 

A few seconds later (and according to some theories and hours later) appeared a hundred kilometers away from Philadelphia. In fact, when the generators were turned off and the radiation has ceased, the ship appeared again. Several crew members were wandering aimlessly on the deck without the knowledge of what happened to them and where there are located.

 

The explanation was simple - it was the first time man had such a strong electromagnetic radiation.

 

What was the alleged role of Nikola Tesla in this mysterious project may never be proven, but what is believed, is that the scientist has given up from it in 1942 year, bc he relized how much can be the  consequences. The theory says that not only he refused to participate in the infernal plans of the US military, but is also haunted because of ethical reasons, to which he began to sabotage the project. Despite the efforts, he failed to prevent the fact of guinea pigs in this project to be exactly people.

The theory alone for the disappearance of Eldridge further more heated up the atmosphere and just the theory that exactly Tesla's involvement in this experiment is the main blame for the death of Tesla, and that because all of this he was killed.

 

For decades already retelling legends about its allegedly most important manuscripts, which again mysteriously disappeared from the archives, but the main mind behind the whole operation, as they say the conspiracy theorists, is the US government and army, which has always prevented it Serbian genius who was not cooperative enough.

 

Tesla, according to the stories, was oftenly entrusting to his friends that he was afraid that some of his projects could get into the wrong hands, and that it can be fatal.

 

For the Philadelphia experiment are recorded numerous documentaries and are also written several books. Most publicity attracted Al Bielek who in his own work itself claimed that he was a member of the famous mysterious crew Eldridge, who traveled through time.

It is said that in this project  as an advisor worked also Albert Einstein, who just at that time announced that he would be withdrawing from science.

 

Nikola Tesla died on 7 January 1943 - two months after the start of the deletion of military destroyer radar.

But what you say is true, oh men I still remember when my class was taken to the Tesla museum in Belgrade as a reward for being the best class in my highschool, being there seeing some of his work was really something else I can't even describe the feeling when they made the demonstration of the Tesla coil oh brother you should have seen it . it gave me chills down my spine .
