No. Sound based and optic gen works from distances too. She's still in the genjutsu.
Genjutsu is created when a ninja controls the chakra flow of the opponent's cerebral nervous system, thereby affecting their five senses.

You have to be close to the person to control their chakra flow and control what's happening in the genjutsu

Naruto always knew that Sakura still has feelings for Sasuke... That's why he said those thing to her during her confession under the snow. Besides, Naruto said in 691 to his father that not all mum said him is going well but he is keeping hard to it. That's because he still knows that Sakura harbours feelings for Sasuke. It wasn't that Naruto was showing no emotions while she was saying all that to Sasuke, it's because Naruto always knew this, not because he moved on with her.

 

693 is really awful from writing pov but it's like a parallel to all this happened in the final part of 1st part: Sasuke leaving, Sakura trying to stop him with a  confession, Naruto doing the POL, Naruto chasing him for bringing him back... geez, it's awfully similar. Only that it's a poor and bad writing.

So is she supposed to wake up now and all of a sudden be in love with Naruto? How exactly is NS going to happen now if all along her heart was always with Sasuke. 

 

I'm starting to get the idea that Naruto wont end up with anyone or most of the pairings will never be resolved. 

She's never going to stop caring about Sasuke. That much I guarantee, she's just going to end up with Naruto. The main problem is him being silver medal.

I just read this article on Tumblr which says Kishi is actually solving all issues relating to Team 7,the love triangle,the Promise,and hence the fight is at the exact same spot as last time except it will be resolved and than the very same confession Sakura made in Part 1 except this time Sakura will come to a realization

The difference between that time and now being that all this while she still had all those bottled up feelings for Sasuke and didnt get the opportunity to let them out at him.This time she did and got murdered in genjutsu.I bet she wont feel the same about Sasuke after waking up

 

All previous murders were attempts.This one was done in her mind to simulate death so its much more dangerous and horrifiying considering genjutsu leaves psychological marks on the victim and they never fully recover from it

 

Besides the manga was not ending at that time so how could she come to a realization.That will happen at the end of the manga which we are now reaching.This Sasuke issue needed to be tackled head on and I am glad Kishi took this route because finally Sakura will realiza who she truly loves

 

Remember the databook itself says that she loves Sasuke but she doesnt know exactly what her feelings for Naruto are.She is going to find the answer now.
