bounties are also based on influence IE Usopp, please remember Law used to be a shichibukai.

And? Luffy is the son of Dragon, grandson of Garp, a very poweful conquerers haki user, and the man Whitebeard chose to center his rescue mission around on the war of the greatest. Not to mention trained by Rayliegh.

I'm kinda surprised that Luffy's bounty hasn''t gone up more than that, Ace's bounty was 550 Million, and that was largely down to him being th some of Gol D Rodgers, he didn't cause anywhere near as much chaos as Luffy did. Luffy's bounty is quite low when you consider how much influence he has had on the world in the short time he has been a Pirate, (He's ben a pirate for less than three years and two of those years were training.) He's defied the Navy multiple times, and lets not forget he's the son of the most wanted man in the world (Judging how Ace's bounty reflected on his heritage, the same should hold true here.) and the grandson of the only Navy Marine capable of going head to head with Gol D Rodgers, plus he's the adopted brother of Ace and the second in command at Dragons army. That would put him high on the wanted list.

 

Usopp certainly got a big first bounty, (remember his first bounty was for Sogeking not as Usopp) So considering that he's managed to top Luffy by a big margin as a first bounty.

 

I wonder why Nami's and Sanji's bounty went up so much as neither of them really did much this arc, and really curious as to why Sanji is wanted only Alive, is he part of the nobels? He was originally from a rich family but was the soul surviver after the ship was hijacked by pirates...so I wonder if he's part of the world nobles, that's why he is wanted alive.

There isn't a person on the crew that would lose to Usopp. Hopefully in the next arc everyone's bounties soars while his stay a little stagnant.

it probably is judging from that mask covered on his face. and as usual, doffy delivers the best speeches. it gave off a game of thrones vibe lol.

To me Doflamingo's speech was redundant. I mean since the beginning after Roger's execution, people have been fighting for the throne of Pirate King. He just stated the obvious and made it dramatic.

it's the way the sequence was executed that really stood out to me. the dark shadows in the panels showcasing the pirates, the navy and the revolutionary army gave it a good tone to me.
