Well if you grabbed someone off the street and put them on the two consoles it'd be easier to navigate the PS3's features. But once you use it enough, the 360 is just as easy. To each his own.

I'm not selling mine to get a slim version though, I like my bulky one.

That's probably what will happen, and Im not getting a slim either. The Slim has more memory but that's it.

Sucks for whoever wants to get into the PS3 scene later on. Since you can't install other OSs on the system. Whoever wants a PS3 right now, might wanna buy the remaining stock of the original units.
PS3 Slim To Boost Sales and Phase Out Old Models
Unboxing the Slim PS3
The PS3 will not have firmware 3.0 at launch, and thus will be added later on. Backwards compatibility is still off the table. Looks like my PS2 is DEFINITELY sitting beside my bulky PS3 for old school games. The slim still has an upgradeable HDD, don't see why you would need it, 120 GB is big enough for me. (I'm still having trouble filling up 80 GB on mine)

I wish mine wasn't filled.... My 60 GIG usually only has 1-6 Gigs left from erasing various game datas to make room for more.....

100-150 dollars can get you at least 500 GB.

I think the biggest the PS3 supports right now is 320 GB @ 5400 RPM Sata 2.5" Drive.
