THE ANIME is supposed to be next year  they are delaying this OVA too, I thought it's supposed to like the anime to the clear card arc so it doesn't even need to stall this part

I legit wanted to cry when I saw this. AHHHHHH, my childhood memories are coming back!!!! Sakura Tange sounds a bit forceful when she speaks in that kawai tone Sakura is known for, but eh, better to have the same voice actors back.

This OVA won't get released until September or so... The wait is gonna be so long. I'm glad they are doing this OVA though b/c I was honestly wondering how they'd bridge the manga ending to the new anime without confusing those who were only watching the anime.

I really wanted comment in this the fast I can, my internet suck. I have mix emotions, I don't have anything against the manga or that now the real canon scene is in Anime, but  looks like this confirm that we won't have the original anime, but adaption for the manga, sad face.

Aww that's too bad,   although the anime continuity wouldn't make sense for the purposes of the Clear Card Arc though, so it is reasonable I guess

Probably you right because the movie shows an absolute ending, but the manga too, so if we think about it the cards need to change like it is happening ( meaning Sakura growing), besides the original Anime is a combination canon and no canon. If we take it a little forward  the thing  in the anime Shaoran just heard Sakura confession, but  in the manga  he would stay.

yup and besides why would Sakura be so happy to see Syaoran again at the start of the Clear Card Arc and act like she hasn't seen him in forever when she  confessed to him and they practically became a couple at the end of the Sealed Card movie?

Hey, bud, in the manga they became a couple and Shaoran will stay, butin the movie they became a couple, but then they have to deal that Shaoran has to return to China, there is an opening.

Yeah but since they are a couple already it doesn't make sense what happens in chapter one though because Sakura even declare s to him we'll be together forever from now on, so it seems like they are not a couple already in a sense

I guess Sakura was just referring to how the two of them can now properly date. It wasn't easy to maintain a long-distance relationship right after you've confessed to someone.
