a good show develops even side characters. look at avatar the last airbender. that show practically outranks it in everything including the fights.

It's funny that we're discussing about this because that's the topic going on back in NF. When you think about it, the early flag was in first arc of part 2. Team Gai went there for what? Just for Gai vs. Kisame? That's really it. I remember thinking that there will be more to them but it ended so short. The irony is that people may complain far less if the side characters weren't used in Rescue Sasuke Arc, which that one user is right. It told us that these characters aren't arc exclusive characters like in One Piece, so we expected much more. Instead, we got far less than that. It's like Buu Saga of the series, only it happened much earlier, swap side characters group and don't really use them in any sort.

If SP is planning for an anime based off of this manga, they're going to have to wait for YEARS before they have enough material to animate..

Since this is monthly instead of weekly, that means twelve chapters a year. The only other option is to fill in the gaps with tons of filler

It's pretty clear that they are milking it by not ending it. I won't be surprised that they will continue until it's ready to do Boruto. Many studios would end the series when the manga ended, but not SP. They need this.

"Oh by the way "Divine Gate" is a Japanese mobile game. Osomatsu-san is a gag comic. Twin Star Exorcists...hold on let me look at a few chapters*skimming....skimming...skimming* ok it isn't bad and it got potential...but everything about it is reminding me of other mangas. In fact the plot, the art, the characters, and even the setting is reminding me of a lot other manga. So that's either good or bad. Though the mangaka of it has done a few other manga one that lasted over a year...so it got more potential then anything else coming up. But it does not look like a ten year series to me.

In short Naruto is their only long running series most everything else in the last 5 years has basically lasted 3-6 months or so before it ends. That means Naruto is what give them a steady income throughout the year while they do the other ones for more cash in the pocket. But without Naruto their revenue isn't stable and has to rely on the popularity of what they are animating.

They will do it if they see enough profit in it. It ultimately not up the mangaka (unless he become very vocal about him not wanting them to do another season.) but to SP and WSJ. What were the rating and revenue of Root A compared to their first attempt if it worse then no. If it better... then third times the charm. Also did they announce Root A before they did it? If they haven't then they may not doing their third try yet.

Well just many are liking it more fans who were not even big fans of Naruto knew that NS was and would make more sense even a friend I know liked NH but after the ending he likes NS a lot more, I think as more time goes by and more of the crazy Hinata fans are around and Kishi and SP doing their BS we gain more and more NS fans.

 

James said it best I think a while on another page that our fandome has grown stronger true many have left but they are all still NS fans at heart as well.

 

but we shall see what 2016 brings.

You know I once thought some time back that Pierrot would at least have the decency to resolve Shippuden before the recent movie came out. I can see I was wrong on that account. They appear determined to prolong it for as long as they can because it's their primary source of revenue as someone else explained. It would not surprise me if this new mangaka had some kind of association with the people at the animation studio since it's their product whom most people have been following since the manga ended.

Let see in The Last Naruto had to be guilt tripped into dating then marrying hinata, in the gaiden we have that bento scene with bolt as well as Naruto not giving a single thought to hinata also the entire plot also basically ripping any fantasy of SS to shreds, the inauguration one shot showed that Naruto sleeps on the couch also he & hinata have not romantic chemistry as well as the daughter a sociopath that made naruto miss his big day, and The Bolt's movie was basically the gaiden for nH bring all the problems the pairing would logically have were shown and it tore to shreds all the fantasies the nH fans had.

 

There are really two types of fans who supported nH and SS the fanatics who wanted it to happened because of their insert sexual fantasies, and the normally ones that hoped the pairings would give everyone what they wanted and everyone would be happy in story. The normal one are having problems with the ending because it's clear that the pairing destroyed these character lives and made a world a mess. Also when they bring up their problems within their communities they are getting attacked by the fanatics to the point it driving them out of the nH/SS fanbse. Then because they realize the problems with nH and SS they start to wonder if NS would have been better...and then find out it is and join our group.

True I mean the only real ones left are the crazy Hinata fans that sill like it, I don't count Edo as at least he is a better reviewer than Forneverworld, I just don't think Edo knows about Kishi's interviews or not.

True a few friends I know stopped doing stories of Naruto, while some have taken a rest for doing Naruto fics.
