What a disappointing chapter. I'm starting to think we may never know what happened between SS. It just is. And this weird, formal behavior between them now is all that we'll get.

 

It's like Kushina married Fugaku Uchiha. 

 

And notice we never see Naruto looking on or being accepting of it in any way. At least at the end of the Pain arc there was Hinata looking on. But not here. Naruto just disappears into the background. It's a cheap way around having to deal with the resolution of the character's stories.  

 

I don't think any character is going to get a truly happy ending. I think Sasuke will go back into the world without a backwards glance at his family, and Sakura and a now-accepting Sarada will accompany Naruto back to the village, where Bolt and Hinata and Himalaya will be waiting.

 

What an interesting observation about Kushina and Fugaku. One that, I suspect, is pretty darn accurate. 

 

I think it's pretty aggravating, personally, that Naruto is such a background player. Kishi's Uchiha preference is coming through loud and clear.

All I have to say is. Choji/Karui have more devolpment then NH/SS!

Everyone hear knows that Seishi is a much better mangaka than his older brother in my personal opinion. There hasn't been any updates on Sukedachi 9 for a longtime, but I came across some interesting things: 

 

Oh yes, I really liked the first two chapters of Sukedachi Nine! I'm glad Seishi is doing a seinen this time around, I find them more interesting than shounens. It's a shame no one is translating it at the moment though.   

 

The main character is kinda like Sasuke in the sense that he is an avenger too, but he's actually pretty likeable and tries to be nice to everybody. So I guess that would be Sasuke done right? Still, it's too early to judge the story and its characters.

If it ever confirms that there will be a Naruto reboot and Seishi is behind the wheel and everything (without Misashi), I'm will definitely give the Naruto franchise another chance.

No, it's really ending. It has been shifting left and right, but it is ending next week. Supposedly, we will see the graduation next week, so it all ends. It's best to end now since things are getting too shaky for people as it's becoming a "only a mom can like that baby;" metaphorically speaking that is. People keep thinking it's going to go long but people must be forgetting the person who we're dealing. You can like him or not, the fact is rushing the ending is not a surprise.

What's up with the translations? I've been dying for a new chapter!

 

I know we're like already on the half year mark and the raws are already on Chapter 9 like seriously this is from the same guy that made 666 Satan (O-Parts Hunter) how can you not be translating it. I mean you do two chapters and then just leave it like that I sense some laziness taking place behind the scenes either that or the translators are just picking favorites at this point.

I know it's been really pissing me off at the moment at the fact that they haven't been translating the chapters since the second chapter. This series showcases alot and I do mean alot of potential and I've got faith in it since Seishi is the one behind it again and plus just seeing him come back with a manga after O Parts Hunter is just music to my ears.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, I mean luckily the first and second volume of Sukedachi 9 are coming to in Japan on July 30th so that's something to look forward to.

So I went to barnes and Noble yesterday with Breezy's Entertainment to get Tokyo Ghoul Volume 1 which unfornatuely it wasn't there and I was like ugh.. I guess I order it in which I did and it wasn't too bad I just got to wait a week to pick it up. Although I did see Naruto Volume 70 and I was just skimming through the volume and I got a certain part that rubbed me the wrong way It was when Kakashi was looking back on team 7 and what they did compared to now in terms of their goals. I read Sakura's part since its the offical translations and it said "You still love Sasuke, but the feeling of love is different compared to before." and after that I set it down going okay lets get of here cause I couldn't stand seeing or reading those lines again.

When it come to TG volume 1 they'll be holding it in for me once it arrives in the stores so I've got something to look forward. The week just needs to kinda fly by to thursday since Gaiden will end which I'm not too concerned about emotionally, but for Tokyo Ghoul that's another story cause I've been waiting to see how the official translations are. Wait.. 4life since you have the first volume how are the official translations since it's from Viz?

It's pretty good. They didn't make it out to be something hip or anything out of place. They do swears like kittening and such. The quality is pretty good as well. It's larger than Naruto volumes. It does contain omakes. It also has a color page in the first two pages. That's it. So far, so good.
