Another disappointing chapter, Sasuke's reasoning is weak and can be easily broken.

 

Second, Sasuke become emo Lelouch.

That thing about Sasuke and Naruto and Danzo and Hiruzen, I called it a long time ago.
I was sure Naruto and Sasuke was gonna fight among their different ideologies.

Kishimoto likes his parallels so much.

It's because Sasuke is sad. It's perspiring from him. And Naruto doesn't really want to fight Sasuke. I guess that's why.

it's because spoilers of  THE LAST have pretty kittened up everything about the tension of this clash ghgh

Just got a chance to read the chapter on my lunch hour....

 

Well, that settles it.  Sasuke is not only an emo tool, he's a total blockhead.  Way to completely miss the point with your incredibly stupid, totally unworkable plan there, Sasuke.  
 
And Naruto is supposed to be the idiot of this story?  He is a veritable GENIUS by comparison.
 
I actually feel kind of sorry for Sasuke fans after this.  All this time, and all that supposed power and cool intellect, and he doesn't get it at all.  And doesn't even get that he doesn't get it.  Wow.  What a shmendrik.
 
Oh, and were our hearts supposed to melt when Sasuke said that Naruto was the closest thing he's ever had to a friend?  Probably, but Kishimoto has made Sasuke such a uniformly revolting character that it's really no compliment to Naruto.
 
I've never wanted to root for Naruto more than I do right now. 
 
 
Side note:  What was with all the goofy speech contractions and poor grammar in this chapter?  Oy.

Lol. Last chapter made it 90 pages after about 6 hours. This new chapter has barely made it to 17

I feel sorry for Konoha. They have two people who want to lead them: one who has terrible judgment and holds no one accountable and the other whose philosophy seems destined to make him a brutal authoritarian.

I've seen more people bashing Naruto than Sasuke this chapter because "he's a cliche". Sasuke's character is apparently a lot more interesting than Naruto's now, lol

The movie really has nothing to do with it. Its like I kept saying the ending to this became perfectly clear when Hagoromo said he just wanted his two sons to work together. ofcourse Sasuke isn't going to die, neither is Naruto we didn't need the movie to tell us that.

Orochimaru is probably gonna run away with Kabuto and the rest of Team Hebi they can't stay in Konoha that's for sure.

Orochimaru is probably gonna run away with Kabuto and the rest of Team Hebi they can't stay in Konoha that's for sure.

They're the closest thing to family for Sasuke after Naruto

He's role now is reduced to being a  Sasuke cheerleader and exist only to follow his fart  I mean wind  :zaru: .
