I'm pretty sure she just kept being a ninja, even holding a special rank thanks to her status as a Jinchuriki. The reason we might've gotten the wrong impression is that the flashbacks of adult Kushina are focused on the time during her pregnancy. And she sure as heck won't be going to ninja missions carrying a baby inside her.
 
Road to Ninja already showed us that AU!Kushina just kept working as a ninja after having Menma so there's no reason to believe the actual Kushina wouldn't do the same.

You know, the way I said it is what you said pretty much. I hope nobody got the wrong idea that I'm pretty much saying "into the kitchen". I'm not. Think as Clark. Normal worker and normal guy, but when danger is up ahead, time to go hero mode. If she's home, doing what she wants to do, it's fine. Why is this a bad thing? So long the husband don't treat her bad, it's all good. I know women likes them take more actions but again, don't take everything the wrong way. Strangely enough, we get this type of story in a lot of media, even in Avatar. I don't know who treat a woman crap but surely just stay home and not have a huge status as in being advisor or leader of a clan is not a bad thing.

Odd but thank you.

Maybe it is saying that Naruto and Sasuke finally hit him and Obito is about to do something drastic especially with people going to attack the tree. So it's about Obito vs all.

Beforehand I was confused, but now I think it's that Akamaru was sad because Kiba wasn't considering him to be his advisor and Shino made him feel better by saying that Kiba could have more advisors. It would be pretty hilarious to have a dog advisor though.

 

I just want to make sure that's how it is because in previous chapters Shino straight up told Kiba to shut it because no one (except for Hinata) was listening to him. So I would've expected Shino to tell Kiba to stop it with the Hokage thing again as a sort of recurring joke between them.

Yep and also i dont believe Sakura works at the hospital.

Because the begining of the shippuuden she works being Tsunade's assistant like helping her on picking up reports and stuff.

Sakura wont work at the hospital just because she's a medical, she only worked on when there was emergency when the village was under attack like during Pain's arc or during the war and even then she was on the front fighting and retreated because they needed all the medical ninjas helping with the wounded.

Sakura is more like a field medic.

 

When Naruto become hokage is highly plausible that she will work like Shizune does with Tsunade, helping him with the papery and helping him with the job.

It's the way Japanese is, the action is last in the sentence (which is cut off like 六道 mentions).

 

But I really think it is all about Naruto, Sasuke, and Obito next chapter, and their combined attack against him. I'm hoping for something really special (being it Naruto's birthday and all, but I guess it doesn't work that way ^^). Sasuke is absent in this chapter

Well Naruto is the main focus, so it's always about him. I mean this chapter did put him over (in other words place him high status), even Hashirama. That's worth a lot. So yeah, Naruto is going to get a jacked-up chapter 450 moment soon.

Also, did I count right or the volume ends when the year ends? That's one happy new year send off if true.

In manga panda he implied he would become Hokage, but in the manga stream version he talked about being an advisor. That was the difference.

Sorry to bring yet another topic like this.  If there is a more suitable place for this kind of discussion, please tell me.  I just got peeved finding something like that.  Thank goodness the majority were people who thought that was bulllcrap and put a whole lot of evidence to state the contrary, but there were few who actually agreed, and no doubt they were Sasuke "fans".

 

Of course they are Sasuke fans , who else would say that he is useless without the Fox?

What they fail to understand that if Minato and Kushina were alive he will be OP from the beginning + learning Senjustu > Sasuke's EMS. Heck Naruto SM >MS .. X_X I don't think Sasuke will sustain Susanoó that long nor will he will win without going blind .

I doubt that because on the AU! they were a typical ninja couple but on the real world Minato is a hokage, and therefore she doesnt have the necessity to work as a ninja or even work since Minato is a kage already.

She could be very well his assistant or even stay in home, i cant imagine kushina doing mission on her own since the hokage doesnt undergo ninja missions.

 

THe manga also states that being Ninja is not profitable hence why one of the "rules" is to save the money from the missions.

I'm not upset but people shouldn't take it too hard. I mean in the last chapter, someone managed to line Suigetsu's line to Karin as an indication that Kishi devalues women. That's pushing it with all due respect.

What I'm trying to say that Kushina could just live in a normal life at home with a child, but when there's a crucial moment that asks for her, well she can still fight. Of course, not in pregnancy because that's crazy but hey, Code Geass did it, why not here. I'm only kidding. True what you said though. I just want everyone to be on a equal level. I mean it could have been worse.

Not sure if it's just me and don't take it the hard way, but is it me or this year has been feeling like woman's right 2013? I'm happy but find it interesting. What made me say this?

-CoD Ghosts features a woman soldier
-GTA5 getting criticized for women being "dimwit"
-The one who started ninja life starts with a woman eating the fruit
-Korra is back at the coincidence timing (that's just me)

You're saying like being a housewive is humilianting or something degradant when the manga shows otherwise, a classic family everytime.

The manga hint very well that Sakura either will be a housewive like Kushina or will be Naruto's assistant helping him with the paper job which is very likely to happen but obvious she would not be perfoming ninja missions or working on a hospital all alone.

Shino's words are as you read... Imho, Shino was trying to comfort Akamaru since it felt a bit hurt by these Kiba's words to Shikamaru. Akamaru felt being ignored and Shino has just comforted it by saying that 3 advisors should be fine. The funny fact that there's a subliminal message. Shino hates to be ignored, especially by Naruto and I think he's still bearing a grudge against that Sasuke rescue Saga in the first part. Since Shino tried a bit of empathy for Akamaru, he tried to comfort it because he was trated in the same way as Akamaru too: being ignored by Kiba, like Akamaru, about the  question of being his advisors.

In a short, for Shino it should be -> Kiba: Hokage (in his dreams maybe xD) and Akamaru, Shikamaru and Shino: advisors.

A housewife is not useless. When I say nothing it was in reference to how I think Kushina would see the situation. From my perspective Kushina would value more working as a ninja given her personality then spending the days only minding the house. There are girls that would take pleasure in simply caring for a house but I don't envision Kushina as one of them.

 

You say there's not proof of Kushina enjoying being a ninja, but there's also no prove she doesn't enjoy it so it can be either way.

Although what's said in that thread is wrong, it goes to show you that Sakura, who got nothing like a demon fox or hax eyes, is a hard work ninja who achieved till now a lot.

 

Naruto without Kurama will still be strong from what other modes he got, Sakura with her abilities, techniques and the seal that she got them from her hard work which shows you how a fascinating of a ninja she is and Sasuke will be a strong ninja from the abilities he got without his hax eyes.

 

This thread about Naruto, taken reasonably, is an eye opening for those who degrade them especially Sakura.
