Ch.66

I want Ch.67 now.

Hmm, so it looks like Christa decided to go against her father in this moment. A little bit disappoint b/c I was hoping for Christa to have planned betraying her father from the start. Nevertheless, the scene where she overthrew her father was awesome.

Poor Eren. I hate to see him feeling guilty and useless all the time. Wonder what the armored version of him will look like.

That bastard father turned into a titan bigger than the colossal titan, ugh -.-

 

 

Chapter 66

I know how you feel trang

the moment I finished Chapter 66 I was like Damn you Isayama damn you and your genius cliffhangers. One thing's for sure I'm glad this arc didn't get resolved in this chapter cause it would've felt extremely rushed. In All Honesty I believe the arc will end at around chapter 70 (basically where Volume 17 would end).


It's so funny how nervous I was going into the chapter based on last month's cliffhanger and now coming into this the atmosphere has totally changed... You obviously know where this is going, but I'm glad I held off my judgment on Historia until this chapter cause she really did redeem herself.

Well looks like the people who believed that the Royal Family was the true villains have a point still.

So do the people who think this is a huge social experiment gone wrong.

And even the crowd who thinks this world is post apocalyptic and not alternate history have some tings going there way now.

Either way I'm enjoying the ride.

Thought it was a pretty great chapter. Historia redeemed herself a bit, but I still thing that she really comes off high on herself. She's still pretty damn arrogant...

I liked everyone's interactions with him in this chapter though, and I like how he took the initiative. I don't mind him doubting himself though, I like mc's who go through that. Gives them the opportunity to learn and grow.

Clash of The Titans Arc (Previous Arc) revolves around Reiner, Bretholt, and Ymir.

The Uprising Arc (Current Arc) revolves around Historia and the Reiss Family (The Royal Family.)

I loved this series before, but now I love it even more cause Isayama from what i notice gives each of his character a spotlight in the series as the story progresses.

So my question to you guys is which character(s) will the next arc be revolved around?

Interesting question. With the ground work of the "rebel families" listed out, I think that's where this is going. Mikasa and Levi are going to find out they are cousins, and Eren is going to look more into the history of his family, and the world.

Levi Ackerman is somewhere in his twentys if I had to guess. The AoT wiki says he is 30, but I don't know where it says that in canon. Since he is the nephew of Kenny (my theory) who is in his late forties to early fifties I guess he could be 30, but I still think mid to late 20s is closer.

 

One thing I've been thinking about lately, is that it's obvious that the Royal Family know how to transform a titan into "armor" form, so how surpirsed could the King have really been about the attackers? It's also obvious that they now about the colossal titan's since they are what makes up the walls. I'm wondering if the King knew who it was who was attacking his city.

Ok, I was a little bit confused in the beginning what was going on, but I guess Isayame wanted to sacrifice a few chapters of Eren's transformation for more dialogue...

I honestly love Historia's determination in here; looking forward to what will happen.
