.......ew.Just started watching the new Green Lantern review (if you can call it that?) by Todd and NChick...and the way they're acting around each other makes me go
bleeeeeeeeeh. It's so obvious they're awkwardly attracted to one another--fine
Kona, you win this round!--but...it's just
too awkward and makes the review hard to watch.
Being a hardcore romantic that ships things way too much, I can't help but look at them through my shipper-goggles (gawd, how sad--I'm analyzing real romance now) and think, "When do these
characters people realize they're based on nothing more than warm fuzzies and agree to be friends?". Obviously, this isn't worth much consideration since it's just my gut-reaction to one video of them together, buuuut....
NChick seems to get quieter whenever she looks at Todd, and that's
if she looks at him for very long before darting her eyes away or fiddling with her cup. Her tone, her posture, everything makes it reeeeally obvious that she's diggin' the dude in the mask.
As for Todd....he mostly just gives off the vibe that he's into her but not to the
tweaker nervous point NChick seems to be at.
*shrug* It's like everyone knows there's something there, but neither of them wants to say anything and are trying to play it off. And it's not working. And in turn, it makes the review less entertaining than it might have been had they each given their own separate reviews.
.....and now I feel thoroughly weird for discussing real people like a fictional pairing. The deed is done
