It looks real to me. Don't despair though, just because Kishimoto sold out at the last chapter doesn't mean NS is wrong.

It sadly looks like Kishi's colouring.

His colouring is not so easy to get right even if you can emulate his lineart.

If that Hinata + daughter pic and the whole NH/SS canon thing is legit and if NH/SS happened because of fan or editor pressure I wonder if the ugly kids are Kishi's revenge if he intended NS in the first place xD
