Well, whenever she posted something about the movie, she would ask us why we are so surprised despite knowing that it's a NH movie. And besides that, she said many times that she ships NaruSaku more out of logic...

I thought people were surprised on how everything didn't make any sense, how much kitten was seen, and how the series was ruined

I got that feeling of her since 693  I mean its her choice  but it sad to see when a member who has been here for so long quit and jump ship ,  I guess she just chose to disregard all the retcons and plotholes  and just go with what Kikitten served to us .

 

I can never understand what people see in SS except superficial reason like their looks  though for me even that is over exaggerated , with Sasuke being dark and Sakura light Pink their colors aren't complementary at all  it gives a weird vibe not to mention personalities . But whatever floats their boat I guess sign .

Yeah I notice that to  for some reason she wasn't into it anymore  by what you said seems like she didn't ship it bc she really liked NS and their dynamic . Either way its really sad  to know this  but like I said its her choice nothing we can do after this kitten ending .

I'm can't wait to look at their faces when Hinata becomes Sakura 2.0 and their ship gets converted into NS 2.0. Kishi never completely destroyed NS. It will be SPs stupidity for accepting Kishi's request to retcon the anime. They do not do their research. Most westerners "hate Tsundere" female characters.

This Hinata princess was able to split an entire fandom in the end! It used to be just shipping wars, but the movie and the end literally brought a cliff b/w the fans. All the opinions on the current situation are polarizing and tiring to me.

 

You're construing the fan factions like they're numerically close to each other. Which is it? Are the number of people who support this ending and the film in the majority or not?

It's time for me to give this prequel series with Levi a try... Oh gosh, I don't even know where to start with my entire manga/anime list this christmas break... Most likely I'll finish the manga Tokyo Ghoul first.

 

That scene gets me, too, everytime I watch it. I love Mikasa; she's not one of my favorite female characters, but I love her over protectiveness when it comes to Eren.-And don't get me started on her skills. I can't wait to find out more about her past ^_^

 

Tell me about it, I've just stopped caring about their justifications. I'm done dealing with their bs, and their love for Hinata and this retcon of a movie that's considered canon. 

 

 

Out of curiosity, How many anime/manga are you reading and watching over the break? 

 

 

I can't wait to find more about her past either the wait for the next chapter is really making me wonder what's gonna happen. January just can't come any sooner. Then you have season 2 coming out in 2016 and that's gonna be a while too before it comes out. Btw, who is your favorite male and female character from AOT?

Yeah the same  at that point I'm just asking myself then why bother reading a story in the first place  when you can't understand what the author is serving you  ? I means every story every piece of art carries its own message  that's all it is about the message the meaning behind it  and if that is lost on the way the author is inconsistent with his rules and what he has written ,  then there really is no point of it except to waist your time and sadly this is what we got from Naruto when in fact we thought there was much more to it  .

I've got to admit that I have a hard time understanding you sometimes    (English is not my first language anyways)

So if I correctly interpreted your question, you're asking me how big the support for the ending and the movie is, right?

Before Ch. 699/700 and The Last, the shipping fandoms had shipping wars with each other, but it did not take over the entire fandom. Now that a month has passed, the fights have escalated and gone beyond the border of shipping wars. And that is b/c the fights are caused b/c of the way Ch.699/700 and The Last are presented to us: fanservice and romance. I would love to discuss the ending outside the shipping context (we all know that the ending is flawed is so many aspects), but that is what people mainly feel like talking about. I go on youtube or tumblr, and all I see is bashing and verbal insults towards each other's shipping fandom.

I don't know how big the support is for this movie although I'm inclined to assume that it is bigger in the western than in Japan itself.
