Reading the chapter again, it really does feel like Sakura cares about Sasuke a lot. She cares so much to the point that she sobs for him... Reminds me of how she acts around Naruto as well.
The only problem is with care, you have to have understanding. Understanding of the other person's feelings, and their persona. Sakura doesn't have this with Sasuke, because she's making the same mistakes towards him again. She doesn't understand that Sasuke isn't a guy that's into romance. He isn't a guy who's gonna melt at a confession.
Another reason why I prefer NaruSaku - Sakura can care and love Naruto all she wants - what makes it incredibly different is that Naruto is open with her, which allows Sakura to be open with Naruto. They're comfortable around each other, and this gives Sakura the time to understand Naruto's pain more than she could ever understand Sasuke's pain. Sasuke constantly has a barrier, and Sakura is aware of that. And it kills her that she can't break it.
This is part of the reason why I find it clear that her feelings for Naruto are stronger than her feelings for Sasuke. When was the last time Sakura smiled at the thought of Sasuke,,, I feel like Sakura's feelings for Naruto have all the components to positive, true, love. If only she'd realize it....
Why do people NOT ship these two? I just don't get it.
Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.
I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

Sasuke stabs himself in a suicide attempt because Hokage means Uchiha are @#$&ed! 1st ended with Madara goin cray cray, 2nd... well he didnt like them or something, 3rd was Uchiha Mass. And 4th had Obito doin his shiz. Then 5th jad to deal with Sasukes shiz and everyone elses too. XD

What's so hard to understand? Hiruzen loved Orochimaru but he didn't want him to become his either. Let me re-translate it to how I interpreted it.
Sakura "I love you"
Sasuke "kitten you"
Kakashi "you didn't need to put her ina genjutsu"
Sasuke "I don't like her and there's no reason for her to like me"
Kakashi "she loves you she's not in love with you"

I asked that question once myself and didnt get an exact answer. Depends on if they were still in Land of Lightning or not cause all that Dimension hopping... couldve been anything from a three minute jog to a hour long adventure. Manga time, right?

She says she loves him, not that she is IN love with him though. And even if she is still in love, she no longer wants a relationship with someone who stabbed her and all. Easy to understand and a good reason to move on.
So how far away is the VOTE from where they are now? Depending on how close it is Sakura could wake up in the next chapter or the not until the fight is over.
I say it will get longer for her to wake up.
