Maybe they ran out of hope of getting out of the gen. World and Naruto probably told Sakura she has Sasuke she wouldbe happy with in this world and she probably tells him and u have hinata she really loves u. But deep down inside its not what they want. Probably its that which caused the tension. Well I hope so

Yeah its really sweet of her she cares about him a lot seeing him happy with his parents but she knows in the end its all an illusion and in d end Naruto would get hurt and it has her worried cause he looks so happy

is there any panel or screenshot of her parents beside Kizashi's face on the hokage monument?

Really, suddenly I'm wondering if her parents are alive in this genjutsu world.

In the scene, Sakura asks Naruto if he's happy with the illusion. He agrees but then I think mentions that he wishes it was real? Its hard to tell, as my Japanese isn't perfect.

All in all, they're realizing that despite their initial happiness, it all falls by the way side since its not reality.

After Sakura leaves, this is where Hinata turns up jealous.

Do you have actual confirmation of the bolded?

Hinata encountering Naruto after that scene seems logical, but Sakura seems to be holding something bigger. It looks like a bag and notice that she has both hands open while grabbing, if it was the rose her hands would be closed.

And yeah, where do you get the info from? Translation seems more about his parents and thinking about his happiness. I'm not doubting, just curious. Also, if she is carrying Sasuke's roses, why hold them like a bag? Unless...she's hiding it because she caught Naruto before he realizes her? Nah, I'm only wishing.

No not yet, at least not that I know of. Still, there was a twitter post that described their respective personalities and Mebuki's relationship with Sakura, but I don't think there has been any explanation as to what exact role they will play, if any at all. there have been speculation that there will be drawn a clear parallel between Naruto's seemingly happy relationship with his parents and Sakura's seemingly disfunctional relationship with her parents.

As for her parents being dead, I certainly hope not, but that's only because I really really really would like to see some scenes of Sakura interacting with them. Then again, that could also very well happen in falshbacks, so oh well. There has also been speculation that, if her parents are indeed dead in this AU, that it will serve as a way for her to finally understand how lonely Naruto really is and how much it hurts him not to have any parents. It could also very well serve as Sakura's way of finally knowing the pain of losing someone precious to you, like what happened with both Sasuke and Naruto in the regular series.

In my opinion that just seems to be part of the design of whatever she's holding, but then again I could be wrong.

Besides, as far a I remember in the trailer Sasuke gives Sakura the rose in what appears to be her home and at morning, but maybe he's giving her multiple roses.

Oh, so you're making assumption? Nothing wrong with that. I thought you lived in Japan.

Who knows at the moment. If you ask me, I think the movie will go like this. They fight Akatsuki, they go to genjutsu, they meet people who are opposite, then bathhouse, then probably ramen place, then nighttime, then morning getting ready to leave genjutsu, then all action with AU Naruto with his henchmen that lasted till nighttime again. I can see it happening. Genjutsu was meant for comedy according to Kishi. The main purpose is Naruto's happiness. Let's see how he will overcome it.
