Question: if Sasuke does die (just go with it) what would be your shock level? Mine would be Patrick Star level.

The whole point of that was to show that she was thinking of Sasuke as a counter-example. She is ashamed of the feelings she had for him if anything its consistent with what she said in LOI where she said that Sasuke brings her nothing but pain and even apologized to naruto for liking him in the first palce.
If Sasuke is a counter example than where is Naruto in the panel at all? Where is the evidence that she was even thinking of Naruto when he said "This man must be a great man."? All we get is a panel of of Sakura thinking of Sasuke. This is after she told Naruto in her confession that There was nothing between her and Sasuke anymore. http://www.mangapand...hapter-469.html.
If she really is completely over Sasuke-kun, than why is she still thinking of him when asked about who this guy she has romantic feelings for? Why does she think of Sasuke instead of Naruto (Who she also said was a great man in her confession) when her affections are brought up? Until Sakura demonstrates that she is truly over Sasuke it's clear that she still hasn't escaped her feelings yet.
That's not really much of an argument, SP clearly knew something we didn't her statement took place the very next morning after what happened. Naruto saved Hinata as a child in the anime for all we know that could have actually happened there's nothing that's really says otherwise.
How do we know that Studio Pierriot knows something? Half the time they ship Narusaku and the other half they ship Naruhina. You can't use the anime for evidence bc they take liberties all the time with filler. For example, they made about 100 extra episodes while they waited for part 2 of the manga to come out. Are those episodes canon? No.
As for her quote itself, "someone I used to love," It could mean anything. Maybe it means that she's over him, or that she only has a crush on him, or that she used to love him like a brother. It's weak evidence so stick to the manga.
What does Karin and Orochimaru have to do with Kakashi's statement?
It's an example of how statements can change in an instant. Karin specifically stated that she was done with Sasuke after being stabbed in the back by him and yet the next time she saw him she went gaga all over him again. You cannot base anything off of Kakashi's statement because he is not Sakura. He has made lapses in judgements before of certain people. The biggest example of this is Sasuke. In part 1, Kakashi thought that Sasuke was like him and taught him Chidori while trying to convince him that he had friends and a family in Konoha. Than Sasuke turned into a raving Phsycopath. Hell Kakashi had a Heroic BSOD episode when he found out that his best friend Obito was evil. You can't trust his opinion on someone. You can only trust Kakashi's opinion on Kakashi.
Because she's ashamed for ever liking him.....I don't see what so hard to grasp here.
Because they've actually personally met Kishi and they would know his intentions better than anyone else. There really is no other way to take the context of her statement "someone I used to love" was in direct response to Hayate's lover not wanting to fight him because she loves him.
Except both instances were correct Obito was a good person and Sasuke was like him but both ended up getting manipulated and turned to the dark side, so you can't call Kakashi's statement inaccurate if it was true.

She's ashamed because she still has romantic feelings for him and he is not a great person. Had she truly chosen Naruto yet or gotten over Sasuke she never would have thought about Sasuke. Remember that she rejected the guy because She likes someone else. If she has truly moved on than she would have said something like "I'm not interested in a relationship right now." No, she still has feelings for Sasuke. Naruto was nowhere to be found in that event.

There are different degrees of affection. Just bc someone breaks up with their ex doesn't mean that they always go from love to nothingness.
Besides the anime takes waayyyyy too many liberties. For example in tha manga the reason Hinata likes Naruto is bc she admires the fact that he was able to change himself. We learn that her father was actually passing over her and choosing Hanabi as the heir to the Hyuga clan bc of how pathetic and shy she was. However, she watched Naruto pick himself up from village idiot to respected village idiot.
In the anime it's completely different. She like's him bc when she was a child he saved her from a bunch of bullies. That's not what Kishi originally wrote at all.
Except both instances were correct Obito was a good person and Sasuke was like him but both ended up getting manipulated and turned to the dark side, so you can't call Kakashi's statement inaccurate if it was true.
Sorry but this is simply not the case. In terms of Sasuke he completely disregarded the most important code that Kakashi lives by. "Those who break the rules are scum, but those who abandon their comrades are worse than scum." Sasuke has not only abandoned his comrades but has even nearly killed them several times throughout the manga. Even recently Sasuke almost let Sakura fall into a pit of Lava had Kakashi not saved her.
In Obito's case Kakashi had to remind him of his own words and add on his own twist. Kakashi never expected his friend to be so evil in the first place, forget the fact that Obito tried to redeem himself in the end after TNJ from Naruto and Kakashi.
Kakashi also thought that Naruto was an idiot at first but eventually warmed up to him.
So even though I love him I would never trust Kakashi's opinion on a character. Especially someone's feelings who are as shifty as Sakura's.

Why would she be thinking of Naruto? The whole point of that was that scene was to show us that not everyone she liked was a good person and this is further backed up when Sasuke shows up again and she doesn't even feel safe being near him. Sakura lists all the reasons why she does and should like Naruto and why she doesn't like Sasuke, Kishi says himself she was being completely honest, Sakura says that Sasuke is someone she used to love (anime) Kakashi says the exact same thing the very next day (manga). If Sasuke was referring to it would be the Part 1 Sasuke or Hebi Sasuke not current Sasuke looking pissed off surrounded by flames n kitten. The whole point of the scene was to further rub Sakura's face in the fact that Sasuke is an kitten and isn't worth her time.
That wasn't the context of the scene, the context was that she was trying to save him like her saved her. Its pointless but there's nothing in the manga that contradicts it
Again the problem with this is that your counting events that happened after Sasuke has been manipulated and twisted to the other side, this would only be a valid argument if Kakashi said something like "Sasuke will always be like me" instead of "Sasuke is like me" which he was Sasuke was very similar to young Kakashi in the chunnin exam arc.
