Read your thoughs about AU movie with NS in it and its... bullsh**, pure bullsh**. Just like shooting Naruto in head, because only massage it will show - "Look, in alternative universe Naruto is happy with Sakura!" And then fans of Naruto will think two things:

1st - WTF he did wrong that he ended up with Hinata (lmao, go find out in SP office).

2nd - Those who saw themselfs in Naruto or projected themselfs on this characters will see this "Hey, look! This guy did his best, died a couple of times, whooped ass of Goddes, and still ended up in kitten way he didn't want in his canon universe, how high is your chances to do better  ?"

But actually... it's all just rumors. Who da faq going to do anything NS related, when they practically kittented on that part of fandom as much as on general fans of original story. It's not like a director could be that old assistant whom we could say "thank you" for story until LOI arc, is there will be some kitten like this, I bet it will be done by same people who made advertisment with Sakura who lost her "heroine" status, so you just can imagine how NS will "officialy" became abusive relationship in AU, just because there will be Sakura who punches Naruto too much

Interestingly enough, The Last is only doing so well because of false marketing and nonrefundable presale tickets. Not because Hinata the fans in droves to the theatres to watch her and listen to Nana Mizuki's overrated voice.

Plus that when a male author writes a woman character whos biggest and/or only dream is to get a boy, it is a vast sign that you should give her something else. Kishi gave Hinata one person to love to emphazise how special her feelings are for that one boy. In case it ever was a competition of who you love the most, you must prove which person is nr 1#. This happens with Naruto in the last too, where all of Naruto's other bonds are ignored to highlight his romantic love.

Ask him why Naruto loves Hinata , why the moments from the manga weren't used  for Naruto to fall in love with Hinata ,  ask him why did he forget about Hinata's confession .  I bet he will make Naruto a full retard and OOC to justify that its pathetic that these people call themselves fans of Naruto when they butcher his character for their paring *sign* .
