Well first of all, I wouldn't make her into this weak, submissive little girl every time she comes around Sasuke. Kishimoto kept doing that towards the end, which doesn't make any sense, since Sakura had absolutely no qualms about knocking Sasuke's face off during the Sasuke & Sai arc.

I admit I'm not good at writing women but at least I wrote Sakura in my KH Naruto story I made her... a kick ass fighter. Just as smart as she is. I made her move on from Sasuke. How do you guys write Sakura?

Because we obviously value and love her more than her own "creator" does  !

Lmao, the most sh*ttiest directions. Kishimoto's characterization for Sakura was all over the place. I use to not like to admit it, but when I look back at it now, she could've been put together so much better then whatever the kitten was going on during the War arc.

I saw many authors and their fans taking characters better then authors, but I didn't saw any author to kill 15 years of develoment.

Sakura's character destruction  began back at Kage Summit arc and just the fact that Sakura's only important fight in part 2 was against sasori and juubi fodders tells a lot of how he treated his heroine. 

I mean we all know Sakura is a medic and thus its important for her to avoid fights naturally, but hell kishi, she is also the heroine of the story. Have her learn something new and surpass her master like Slug Sage mode or even a tiny bit of genjutsu to make her fights a little more interesting ( since she had potential in first place) 

Instead what Kishi does? Makes her character more and more focused on her love aspects, ridiculous.

Ugh, tell me about it. I also wished he would've gave Sakura a nature type like Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi had. And honestly, the fact that he gave pretty much everyone but Sakura on Team 7 this massive power up really pissed me off. But then, I was happy by the fact that the one little upgrade Sakura got was enough to punch a fricking goddess. So

For me it all really went wrong with 693 and even then it could just as well have been interpreted as the final nail in the coffin for SS. I also don't see the Kaguya fight as being all about Sakura's romantic feelings. To me it seemed to be just as much about her wanting Sasuke to acknowledge her as a shinobi and not just as a love interest. Sakura even said something along the lines of "If I still have a place in your heart..." This could be seen as romantic, but it could also just as well be seen as him acknowledging her power as a shinobi, something he didn't do during the Kaguya fight. In fact, he indirectly called her useless and was ready to let her die. 

 

So yeah, to me the Kaguya fight did a good job of showing us that there was more to Sakura seeking acknowledgement from Sasuke. It's true that Kishi did tend to focus a bit too much on Sakura's feelings as opposed to Naruto and Sasuke, but I always found that it was nicely balanced with her struggle to become a stronger and better ninja. 

 

But yeah, 693 was where things went wrong and even then it could still be salvaged by showing Sakura finally moving on from Sasuke in 699. Now that didn't happen and that's why I think that 699 was where it really went wrong since it pretty much reduced Sakura back to her 12 year old fangirl self who only cared about love. 

 

It's possible that she was merely using Naruto this whole time and that she was lying during her confession, but then again if we accept that then we must also accept that Naruto was using her as well and that he is just as much of a liar. I don't exactly what Kishi was trying to show us with her confession, but I still don't think it was merely to show us that Sakura is just a reprehensible character. Rather I think it was supposed to show us that Sakura was conflicted about her feelings and that she was ready to do the right thing, even if it meant sacrificing her relationship with Naruto.  

 

As for Sasuke well I have always had a complicated realationship with Sasuke. I understand why he did the things he did, but honestly wanting to kill innocent civilians for something they had no part in is just reprehensible. On the other hand, the fact that Sasuke just dropped his entire revolution in about five chapters is just weird. Now he's wandering the world instead of spending time with his family. He never managed to clear his clans name and Naruto pretty much failed to bring him back to the village. 

 

Hinata is just...I don't even know. She had an interesting storyline back in part 1 with Neji and the Hyuuga clan but all of that went out h window in part 2 and she was reduced to nothing more than a Natuto fangirl and the idea that Kishi decided to slaughter his entire story to accomodate her childish crush is what really killed this series for me.

 

I still like the Naruto character, including both Naruto and Sakura. However this only applies to their pre 699 selves. Everything after that is just bad, but in the end I think the person we should really be angry at is Kishi. He was really going somewhere with this story, but somewhere along the way he either lost his passion or become greedy or just stopped giving a kitten. I don't know. All I know is that there is no way that this was all planned from the beginning.

And we're meant to believe that Naruto only made that promise as a way to help him in one upping Sasuke. What a load of bullsh**.

Naruhina fans let me ask you something. Are you really happy that Kishi pulled an asspull? Are you happy that Narudo(I refuse to call that kitten on 699,700 and the last Naruto) broke his bonds with not just Sakura but all of his close friends thst he was closer too, than your goddess Hinata? If so then you are a bunch of selfish fans. I care about both Naruto and Sakura and thought they fit together then NH and SS. I believed their development. I believed their love. I hope you're happy it got ruined because of your goddess.
