We have a freaking rain Tax in Maryland
Normal ones?
I'm mentioning that because expensive tax is only for the handsome guys. But the average is no.

We get taxed by however much it rains per year, like we can help it or something....apparently pretty people can help being born that way ![]()
Who the hell checks them to see if they are handsome or not anyways?!
Maybe goverment could try and steal less money? Then making such funny rules.
That and they should probably crack down on WASTING money. Like I dunno...Welfare fraud that losses them millions of dollars a year...Expensive trips for government employees...( Obama; his vacations and golf trips
Like JFC...he spends more time golfing then working, skips meetings...terrible.)

Pls shame me for procrastinating.

Personally? No, but I "know" (
have read of a lot and met a few) a lot of people who have.
Lys has been and she told me it was an extremely awkward situation, which I don't doubt considering the other stories I've heard![]()
the guy who wrote Gaijin smash mentions kids at the school he taught at asking awkward questions about his pee-pee...Cultural thing I suppose...
I honestly don't blame people for thinking Japan is so great...before I read a book about the rape of Nanjing--some of the sickest kitten I've ever heard of came from that book by the way...and it really explains why "they" ( to generalize..) have such a fascination with Rape Hentai and all that other stuff...
Before that book I thought the Japanese people were all rainbows, class and honor too. But, well everyone and every place has a darkside...But, well over the years I become more interesting in this flip side of the "Normal" Japan we are often presented with...and it is pretty dark![]()
Meh, War is hell plain and simple. Well the Nanking subjugation was horrible.
Don't forget that the Americans also pardoned Group 731 despite experiments worse than the holocaust

Uhmm...Kinda but the main reason we are taxed is because of the Chesapeake... rain tax, or Stormwater Remediation Fee, was established via House Bill 987 (April 2012) affecting the largest urban jurisdictions in Maryland (nine counties and the City of Baltimore) in order to meet the requirements of the federal Clean Water Act as it concerns the Chesapeake Bay watershed. The Tax Foundation states House Bill 987 "was passed in response to a decree by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) formally known as the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load, which identified mandatory reductions in nitrogen, phosphorus, and sediment that damage the Chesapeake Bay." This mandate from the EPA was mandated to the states of Maryland, New York,Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Maryland is the only state that has levied a tax to meet the EPA’s standards.[2] According to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the fastest-growing source of bay water pollution from Maryland is currently stormwater runoff. [3][4]
The law specifies that accrued funds must be used for specified stormwater pollution-related purposes.[5]

Its actually quite useless...and unfair.

I think its rather amusing they pardoned them considering they had planned to use the plague as a biological weapon against us not long before they were bombed...but well perhaps the American's figured the bomb dropping was enough of a punishment for them?
Don't get me wrong...I know that every country has done terrible things... but well, Too many people often ignore the dark parts of countries like Japan and to me that's grossly negligent ![]()
