Also whats the Naruto Shippuden episode when their all like smaller versions of them selves and their having fun....im sure its filler, but it seems to be filled with NS.

yep, the only way to tell the difference is by using context. most people here don't have a problem with that. it also helps that people always refer to Naruto as part 1 and part 2 as opposed to naruto and naruto shippuden.

So clearly she's not exactly ecstatic about Hinata having feelings for Naruto.

In the first panel, she's obviously saddened by the revelation that Hinata loves Naruto. In the second, you can see that's quite shocked at seeing Hinata with her hand on Naruto's cheek and sharing a (seemingly) intimate moment. Only makes it worse that she knows how Hinata feels about him.

Sorry I cannot read anything to be translated on the valentine's special ^^ too smudgy. Couldn't find a bigger picture either.

 

I am thinking that Sakura will probably bring up Hinata's feelings to Naruto, due to her own reactions to them. I see that more as a possibility than Naruto seeking out Hinata or vice versa.

i dunno where some people are getting the "hinata shines the brightest when the konoha 11 are shown" pfft, excuse me? when has hinata ever had this special treatment? thats right, never. Just as Ns4l3g said, she just gets better screen time than her team mates kiba and shino. But other than that, team 10 has been the only team, and then team gai, to have alot of screen time and actually make a difference to the story.

so can we please stop with the "hinata has the best treatment out of the k11" or "hinata needs to resolve her feelings with naruto" cuz thats just BS :) here's hoping that with my post and ns4l3g's post, we'll change your views regarding these far-fetched theories of yours

well, considering the events in the manga concerning the hyuga clan back in the chunin exam arc (since the hyuga aren't important to the story) hinata is weaker than her sister hanabi and hanabi as been undergoing some serious training with her father for the heiress role. I also am sure that if neji is revived he'll be the head of the clan. Hinata's character is done, she never had anything to do with the heiress role. Plus, just a personal thought here, i dont think kishi will even bother with the hyuga clan since he said in his rtn interview i think, that he's gonna finish up with the hyuga clan, and thats what he did with the hyuga's "spotlight" in the war.

I don't really care about the Hyuugas and their clan heads/heirs tbh..   
The only member of this clan I was ok with was Neji, but now he's dead so I couldn't care less about the Hyuugas.

Oh sweet so Kishi really puts it out their, this is only good for NS. I agree shes sad at the fact that Hinata likes Naruto, I wonder why sad is the expression? Maybe because she realizes other ppl are starting to be their for him.The second is the reaction i expect

Selfless love is when you don't act upon your jealousy. It's alright to be jealous.

 

Sakura's expressions is a perfect way to show concern about losing him etc, without her dragging him away from other girls.

 

Orihime does it with Ichigo too, she is envious of his and Rukia's bond, but doesn't try to get in their way. :3 That being said, I prefer Rukia, but I'm fine with Orihime too. XD

Hard to say but there's nothing left to ask about that night, rather just mention it. That said not sure how it will go down. Again, there's nothing to ask, just a reminder. It's a shame that we are on hold for her inner feelings/thoughts on the current situation but the sooner we end Madara, the closer we get the answer.

Maybe we'll know her inner thoughts and feelings about Sasuke when he uncover his plan or when he goes on his path again. I don't think she'll show feelings yet about him, maybe Kishi will throw a hint about her feelings for him, but I think we'll see a thought or she can speak when Sasuke will let them know what he's thinking.

Its funny that you mention this, since I was just watching the Konoha Gakuen Den short from the anime, and I had forgotten just how much it pushes NaruSaku.

 

First, this conversation happens between Sakura (the first speaker) and Ino (the second speaker):

 

Sakura says no, but her flustered classic tsundere reaction says she very much IS falling for Naruto.

 

This leads to discussing the date that Hinata asks Naruto out on.  Not only does Naruto look either confused or completely nonchalant during the entire thing (including when she falls on him), Sakura is clearly jealous.  Not only do her facial expressions show this:

 

But Ino flat out points it out as well:

 

So even though the special isn't canon, the anime team doesn't typically diverge from what has been presented in canon (rather, they tend to exaggerate what's shown in canon) - thus, this reinforces the notion that Sakura is not happy that Hinata has romantic feelings for Hinata.

 

This is pretty ballsy on the anime team over all, though, considering they are pretty much flat out saying that Sakura has romantic feelings for Naruto - perhaps NaruSaku as the end game really is clear over in Japan, and its only other fanbases that convolute the issue?  Either way, its really interesting to see.

I keep browsing through these deviantart pics and u know what gets me about NS, it's the potential it has to be far more romantic. I mean just them always being together, sitting together by the water, or swinging on a slide...ahhh it gets poor old bthug all gushy inside. 

 

I wish their was more stuff like RtN, honestly if I was just a villager in the Leaf I would just assume they we're together.

@Paptala: I do believe it's the fandom that caused the hell storm that is pairing war. Much like Avatar, people go over the point of the creator's intention. If Avatar was like an anime, I would expect tons of fanservice for Kataang. That said I do believe that the studio knows what's going to be canon, but since they're market company, why not play with fans. Sounds evil, but it's business.

Yeah, there's fanservice everywhere. It's about the money after all and they will earn more with that. However I think it's clear as day narusaku is going to be cannon. I feel as though people in Japan are sitting back relaxed already knowing what will happen while we are out here having wars with others about it. All I can hope for is that kishi ends this whole couple thing soon so this war can come to an end.

Working on a NS scene at the moment for fun. I'm gonna try to stay sort of close to Kishi's style for this. I sort of need to ask you guys a favor since i couldn't find anything on Google. Could you guys toss me a few panels of some background shots of Konoha, and the sky maybe. XD And here's a panel. I'm thinking about redoing it. The scene is gonna revolve around Sakura's feelings for Naruto pretty much. 

 

 

I have no problem with the actual characters. I just wanna know what trees, background, skies and such look like in NaruVerse for the most part.

I'm not sure where you can fits this in the whole "traumatic incident that causes Sakura's romantic revelation" but I would really really love to see Sakura go to punch Naruto because he's about to do something irrational and hurt her feelings, but when she goes to punch him he catches her punch. We notice she's got tears in her eyes, but then Naruto pulls her in and kisses her on the forehead.

I dunno, but im gonna have to disagree with you on the whole hinata and her fanservice and her being the most one to occur.
 
Shikamaru is the one that has appeared the most, and ino has had more scenes than hinata, the asuma arc, the one in the war, with her father and her whole rivalry and friendship with sakura.
 
Hinata hasn't had many scenes or "fanservice". Simply because she's just not important, so i dunno where you got "hinatas big fanbase in japan" Oh and if your talking about the west, kishi only focuses on HIS fanbase. 
 
Plus, i'd say personally that the number of sakura lovers and sakura haters (aka hinata lovers) are pretty even.

Yeah true, don't think he or the publishers rally care about the western fan base much. Honestly how many of us buy the English Shonne jump here. All of us western fans, well the vast majority of us that have been following this manga for years that feel were improtant, haven't spent a single penny on anything manga related. I read a while ago that foriegn volume sales represent less that 7 percent of total revenue of sales. I've bought maybe what a 9 volumes of a few different mangas through out my life. The vast majority of money comes from tv syndication rights, movies and apparel sales. Than the fiscal comic sales the weekly Shonnen jump is number one.

And still I don't think a fan base really affects what the author does or doesn't do with his story. It's like most stories the romance aspect of it is kept mum till the end.

I get why the top (color) panel might be interpreted as sadness, but that's not the way I see it.  

When I look at that panel I see introspection. I see Sakura being convicted by the true desire of her heart and not comprehending what it means.  I see a deeper version of this:



She has feelings for Naruto that she doesn't have for anyone else.  She has an incomparable bond with him that she doesn't know how to label.  

The top panel -- when she realizes Hinata's feelings -- is a softer, gentler reflection of Inner Sakura.  Inner Sakura is attracted to Naruto and his personality, and really gets him.  But that part of her is ruled by her conscious mind that hasn't figured out or accepted the truth yet.  The result is conflict and confusion.  

I think Kishimoto has done a great job of showing Sakura's journey toward realizing her feelings for Naruto.  He's given just enough hints that we can see her love for him taking shape, but has kept the full realization from her and us.  

The wait for it is frustrating, but it's going to be so worth it.
