hey guys!


have u ever experienced vigorous body vibrations while not being able to move at night?

There was a show here that discussed that. But thank God I never experience that. Only heard some of experiences. That is when body enters stage 4 of sleeping without enters stage 2 and 3. Our brain is awake but not our body <-- science says.

I so wish Naruko was here right now but anyway, that's REM sleep stage and non REM sleep stage. REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement sleep. This is the time when majority of the dreams and abnormal phenomena occur.

Sleep paralysis occurs when you wake up during an REM sleep. Your body is tricked into believing that you are asleep and therefore you cannot move your muscles, but your eyes remain open. You lose control of your body and experience weird things. Like, someone is sitting on top of you, or someone is watching you and things like that. Much like Itachi's tsukuyomi. The perception of time is altered in this stage and hence a few minutes can seem like hours. Absolutely NONE of it is real. It's just our brain playing games with us

I would wake up to find that I couldn't move, like there was a weight on me, and I would feel as though someone else were there next to me even though I was alone. It would feel like some was touching and tugging on my hair and suddenly I would feel like I was floating above the bed. Then it would feel like I was slammed back down and I could move again. It always seemed like hours and it scared the crap out of me. I think it happened four or five time, then it just stopped and I've never experienced it since.

No but on a serious note, it was one of those classic sleep paralysis examples. Kinda how Iris experienced. Human mind works in bizzare ways at times! It's activity is at its peaks when we are asleep. The 'awake' brain ain't that active save for the cognitive abilities and kitten
