Yup, and there is a copy of it translated here.

Neat. I should probably read it sometime. I understand that it wasn't actually written by Kishi, but it's still pretty sad that anyone else except Kishi and SP knows how to handle the story and the characters better.

The best part is to watch the Hinata / NaruHina fandom scramble. There is no defending this, yet they insist. I've seen them compare Neji's death with Itachi and Jiraiya too. What the hell.
